Awful Customer Service that wouldn’t take responsibility for their mistake.
Customer service deliberately ignored an issue I had with an order and wouldn’t acknowledge it as a tactic to avoid taking responsibility for it. Ordered two shirts, package arrives with only one shirt. I inquire on status of other shirt and if it’s in back order. Simply get told my package was delivered. I again reiterated that I ordered two but only received one and said yes my package was delivered but was missing an item. Response: Dear customer, our tracking shows the package was delivered. Please check with your neighbors.” Sent a new separate email thinking this person can’t read. Different rep, same response. I’m out $40 and never got my 2nd shirt. Awful business. You lost a customer for good. Stay away completely.
