Don’t trust any good reviews, they make you do them in order to get an exchange.

I ordered a jacket, it was too small, I reached out to exchange and they said they’d send me the correct size, no need to send back the one that’s too small if I left a 5 star review.

So I did.

The item I needed sent was confirmed, then delayed and now cancelled. The only option I’ve been given is to order something else. I purchased a specific item for a specific event, so I don’t need anything else from this cheap store.

When I said I’d just like a refund so that I can order my item elsewhere they said I would need to send it back myself (fine) and that “the returned clothes cannot affect our secondary sales”. I don’t even know what that means.

They then offered me a refund of 20% to not have to send it back at all.

I’m sure this exchange can tune you in to the quality of the clothes… if they’re willing to give me new product without sending the old product back or a partial refund without sending anything back. Product is terrible quality and overpriced.

Decent meals but my boxes are always missing a small ingredient. Thankfully I’ve had those ingredients on hand (honey, soy sauce, hot sauce, sour cream) but didn’t know how much to add since they are usually proportioned.
