poor customer experience
I ordered 4 shirts and don't like any of them, due to them being uncomfortable and too large. I emailed them right away and requested return authorization and a return label. I knew I would be responsible for the cost for shipping. They fail to respond in a timely manner and repeatedly ask for pictures of the items. I provide all the information they request, but they continue to insist that they can offer a discount on my next order and they fail to provide me with the return label. I've tried emailing, calling and texting on Facebook messenger...only to receive the same responses. It feels as though they are stalling and playing games.
