Utter(ly) sham(bolic)

Two of the 3 items eventually arrived, although it took over 2 months. One item is still outstanding.

I was also promised a 20% refund on the full order if I didn't cancel it, but they have stated that this promised refund will take about 6 months to process. In a world of instant payments, 6 months is obviously a ploy to get out of paying me what's owed.

Regarding your missing item and the promised refund — this should have been handled much more efficiently. Waiting two months for delivery and then being told that a refund will take six more months is unacceptable, and we want to make it right.

Zero confidence

The service is very poor. Once again, part of my delivery is missing and no attempt was made to inform me of that prior to delivery.

Even when they delivered they waited until I noticed before saying the rest of my order wasn’t included.

Generally it’s a very poor customer experience.

Two for two

Two for two. Waited in all day, tracked the parcel to nearby & then got a message saying, delivery attempted. Nobody buzzed or knocked, no card left, just another lie, same as the previous one.

Awful service & they just lie to customers as standard.

Good service, both online & in store.

I made the mistake of buying online instead of in store, although the jacket was a good fit, the trousers were way too big. Hackett offered an alteration but they couldn’t bring in the waist that much so I was offered a new quibble refund.

I returned them to their Canary Wharf store and bought a suit there, knowing it will fit.

Good customer service online and excellent service in store.

Not good.

The phone is nice but the battery use is its complete Achilles heel. Even after a short time it goes down to 96% and needs two charges in one day with minimal use. Apple Support ask you to do checks you’ve already done and then leave you to it. Not sure if Samsung are any better but I’ll give them a chance.
