K health used to be amazing, I have been using them for years. My most recent visit was horrible. I had to wait 5 hours for a doctor only for the doctor to close out of the visit abruptly without any resolution or clonclsion. Felt like I’d been hung up on mid conversation. Do yourself a favor and find another telehealth service.
If you want to wait for hours this is a good app other than that they don't really care about giving you help they just want your money it's all I care about they don't care about helping people I was on sitting on hold for weight for a clinician to come and speak to me it after 6 hours I decided they're not going to come nobody ever came it's ridiculous so I would say go to another place like a real doctor if you need help cuz this is not going to give you help quick it's going to take hours hours of waiting call a real doctor this is just going to waste your time these people are full of crap and they don't really want to help you I haven't been helped in 3 days trying to call him and I was on the app but they don't answer to that you just have to wait keep waiting it's really ridiculous anyways hope this review was helpful to somebody

It felt impersonal. I had concerns and some were acknowledged and some weren't. It felt like I was talking to AI. And with the concerns that were acknowledged I really didn't get any helpful answers. And I am not the Dr. here so asking what I want with my dosage of medication while not giving any sort of medical opinion was weird.

Very knowledgeable and was able to get the prescriptions to treat my symptoms.
My fever is now gone along with my eyes that were tearing up.
I still have a slight cough when I lay down, but I have gotten my energy back.
I let you know my right ear was still clogged from a combo of the illness and my flight.
I was advised to use Flonase so I’m on 4th Tx this evening at 6 pm
I incorporated Sudafed yesterday at 5 pm and today at 5 am so I’ll take another one today.
I did call my primary today re my ear blockage so I have an appt on Wednesday, hopefully it will be cleared up by than as my ear has been clogged for 9 days total since my flight last Sunday,
Thank. You Michele

Needed a prescription renewal for short term. They asked more questions than my Dr. I was able to get my medicine without delay. Considering using them for my long term medical needs like diabetes .

It was my first time using K Health and I really enjoyed the fast turn around of a physician responding to the chat and the responsiveness was very clear

Good dialogue and prompt prescription filled.

It took way too long to have the conversation and to get help. I thought this was a telehealth appointment and it was all by text. I would be asked a question and wouldn’t get a response for 5 minutes each time. This is unacceptable. I was delirious with fever and struggling to get help.

so convenient!
I loved that I didn't have to get on a video call, especially when I am not feeling good I don't want to be on a video call. The text message was fast and the provider sent my prescription over right away, I will definitely use this again!

I had a minor issue that I didn't need to see a doctor for in person and that I already knew what treatment I needed. This was a great straightforward way to chat with a clinician, tell them what was going on, and have them prescribe what I needed with no hassle. I was able to get my meds quickly and efficiently sent to my pharmacy and be on my way to healing the same day. I am so grateful this was resolved in a fraction of the time it would normally take me to set up an appointment with my general practitioner, take time off of work, drive to the office, etc. This literally was a chat session which was amazing! My only complaint is that I wish the app could have given me a better estimate of how long the wait would be of when I would be seen. It ended up being a couple of hours, and I kept staring at my phone every few seconds the entire time which made me anxious I would miss the notification. Other than that, the experience was great, and I would definitely use this service again, now that I know what to expect. Thank you!

Overall, the process to meet with a doctor after hours was very easy. I was only confused at one point when I had to select a code/number for a yes/no question. It took a little more than 3 hours to be connected, which would be easier to bear if there was a way to see your number in the queue.
The doctor was great. He clearly explained his recommendations, and I left with a solid understanding of the next steps. It was easy to get the prescription I needed, which was incredibly helpful.

My doctor was thorough, patient, relatable and understanding, had me three medicines called in within a half hour and I just love the ease of the app as a whole

This has been an absolute horrible experience, I needed help yesterday at 4:00 p.m., no one tried to get back to me until 10:00 p.m. (their very own website says most people get reached out to within an hour! ) due to my pain, I was asleep.... I hit reconnect with provider, I was then reached out to at
5:50 a.m. which clearly I was asleep.
I pushed reconnect with a clinician at 3:00 p.m. today, no one got back to me until 10:28 p.m..... I went in the chat at 10:34pm and it said you've missed your provider...
I spent $73 and my khealth experience has been a joke! I have been in pain for over 2 days now , I just need some help and that's why I was using a telehealth app as it was a weekend. I would not recommend to anybody who needs assistance timely to use this app or waste your money.

I would give zero stars if I could. Visit was all via text. I needed refills of a topical generic ointment for psoriasis. I was having trouble getting to the dermatologist for a required checkup. Doc said I didn’t meet the requirements to give me a refill. Waste of my copay and time and I’m left with no help. Thanks for nothing.

K Health has mostly went to Ai responses. When asked if you are talking to multiple people, the reply was one word, "yes." Most responses are simply Ai responses. This is strictly a money grab at this point. We came here after my wife got here cholestrol and A1C results last week and were very high. After 30 minutes of waiting for a response here and there....the so called "doctor" recommeded my wife take a Cholestorol and A1C test. Oh helping me....that is why we are here...remember? Everything is a copy and paste reply.
Update: This was not a free Ai consult. This was from a paid provider. And Khealth does NOT use the same bedside manner as in person medical providers because in person medical providers do not have 5 patients in the room at one time and go back and forth talking to each one. There is a reason bedside patient care is one one one...not in a crowd of other patients. Khealth providers talk to many patients at the same time, which leaves very poor health care for the person paying. Great for Khealth becauese you have multiple people paying for the same minute of time. Terrible for the patient because we have to share our paid minute with multiple people which reduces the quality of care received. Good for money for you...bad for outcome for us.
100% NOT TRUE - Review the transcripts for the provider in my case. You will see me ask if she is talking to multiple patients and her reply was "Yes." This is why it takes them 3 to 5 minutes to repond and takes the pateint 15 to 30 seconds. Why else would it take 5 minutes to write one single line of text like "When was your last blood work?" Again, review the transcripts. You are 100% not being honest or your are 100% misinformed in how Khealth works. Even your Physican said "Yes" - And I already emailed you 4 hours ago...no reply. Still waiting.

It was good to be able to reach someone to help make me feel better in the middle of the night. I trust the information I received and I am feeling better! Jennifer my doctor was very caring and supportive.
I have been telling all my co-workers about the amazing service. I will use it over and over again!
