Overall my first visit I would give a 5. The provider I spoke with made me feel comfortable to share and ask questions. Labs were ordere. However when the results came back, i was under the impression that I would get to speak with the same provider I spoke with initially to ask questions about my results. I did not feel as comfortable to ask anything and it felt very rushed and none personable.

At this time, we cannot guarantee that patients will see the same provider as in a previous visit since our providers work varying schedules so that we can offer 24/7 service.
