I had a great experience with my online…

I had a great experience with my online visit. Why only 3 stars? I went for lab work as ordered and when I got there they had orders for a male and I am female. I tried to call the number from the lab and was told the number was wrong. I then had to do a whole new online appointment to get a new lab order (no complaints at all about my second appointment). New orders submitted without delay but not before I wasted FOUR HOURS trying to straighten it out. I would have spent less time if I had just gone to a physical location.

It's wonderful to hear that you had a great experience with your online visit itself, and especially that your second appointment went smoothly with the corrected lab orders. However, that initial lab issue sounds like a significant inconvenience and a real waste of your time. Having incorrect orders and then not being able to reach the lab must have been incredibly stressful, especially costing you four hours. It's completely understandable why that experience would bring down the overall rating, even with a positive online consultation. Thank you for sharing the details – this kind of feedback is so important for identifying where improvements are needed in the overall process, beyond just the virtual appointment itself.
