I had a great experience with my online visit. Why only 3 stars? I went for lab work as ordered and when I got there they had orders for a male and I am female. I tried to call the number from the lab and was told the number was wrong. I then had to do a whole new online appointment to get a new lab order (no complaints at all about my second appointment). New orders submitted without delay but not before I wasted FOUR HOURS trying to straighten it out. I would have spent less time if I had just gone to a physical location.
