I thought it was a cool service. But, I did think it was going to be an actual virtual call and not chat based. One of the Rx that was prescribed was not covered by my insurance. I tried to get back in touch with the provider and that was quite hard. I kept getting disconnected. So, while I liked the service, I would prefer to have a virtual service.

Beware of Samsung’s Free Cookware Promotion – Took 3 Months to Arrive!

I purchased a Samsung oven that required a specific type of cookware, and Samsung was running a promotion offering a free Circulon set. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating.

After submitting the required information, I waited…and waited. Three months passed before I finally received the cookware. In the meantime, since the oven required compatible cookware, I had to spend $300 on a set just to use my new appliance. When I contacted Samsung/Circulon for updates, I kept getting the runaround with no clear answers on when I would receive the cookware.

While the cookware itself is of decent quality, the long wait and poor customer service made this a disappointing experience. If you’re counting on the promotional cookware arriving quickly, don’t—be prepared to buy your own.
