I waited more than 5 hours for a…

I waited more than 5 hours for a medical professional to chat with me. Also, I basically self-diagnosed and self-prescribed. When I said, "this is what I think it is", they prescribed medication. When the medication was too expensive, I said a pharmacist suggested this, and they prescribed what the pharmacist suggested. I appreciated that they listened but when using my previous insurance company, it was a much more formal process with a much more in depth conversation about my needs, symptoms, etc. In the future I am unsure if I will use this method or just go to urgent care.
