I liked experience but room for improvement

I liked experience, but wished I could do virtual call with provider versus text my medical needs. I originally texted with virtual chatbot and then when provider came on had to repeat entire process again. Would have been easy to do virtual meeting with provider to explain my medical issue. Thank you. Still worked, but a bit cumbersome
