I ordered a few linen products during the final sale week. The products' look of the material and colour is exactly as presented on the website and looked beautiful. Unfortunately the fit and quality of the clothes was disappointing for me personally (which doesn't mean that it doesn't fit others). However I regret my order since I had to pay 7,90€ for nothing.
Very disappointed
I paid over £100 for a silk tie which arrived well packaged but very lumpy and misshapen. The lining of the tie appears out of place and the tie tuck at the back is far too bulky, again affecting the look of the tie. Very disappointed.

I'd already bought a few times, and overall, everything had gone well. This time, however, they hit rock bottom. I ordered a package with four shirts and a pair of pants, and immediately noticed that two shirts were missing. I contacted customer service, attaching photos and the rest of the order as requested. The response was that the package had been weighed and that it was impossible for the two shirts to be missing, so I didn't get a refund or even the replacement shirts. It was a complete scam.
Shockingly Poor Service & Zero Accountability
I honestly cannot believe how badly this company handles its deliveries. I ordered a £300 item that was supposedly delivered via "standard delivery" - what that actually means is they’ll leave your parcel on your doorstep in full view of the street in the middle of the day, take a photo, and call it a day. No signature, no secure handover. And if it gets stolen? Tough luck - you're on your own.
Customer service was just as useless. I raised the issue immediately, and instead of taking any responsibility, they sent a scripted response blaming me for not paying extra for security (which wasn’t even clearly offered at checkout). They then suggested I go deal with my home insurance and maybe file a police report, as if that’s an acceptable answer after they left the parcel out to be stolen.
It’s genuinely appalling that this kind of service is being offered in 2025. I trusted the brand, ignored the negative Trustpilot reviews, and now regret it fully - because the reviews were right. Once they’ve got your money, you’re completely on your own.
Avoid this company at all costs. I’ll never be ordering from them again.

They first sent me the incorrect…
They first sent me the incorrect product, then unable to swap it for the right one due warehouse being in different location. Had to pay to send it back again - still waiting for the refund almost a month since sending it back. Avoid!
I do not recommend this brand
I do not recommend this brand. I placed an order over a week ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. The products are beautiful, but there’s a lack of professionalism.

Global Pricing Changed to USD (Good Response from company)
An issue with a purchase (from my now edited review) was resolved by John Henric. Further, where charged in USD this is now made clear. It's unfortunate they no longer price Australian website orders in AUD. But they at least now make that clear.
I will leave the question of whether the USD pricing which would necessarily reflect the impact of tariffs on US imports - is the most apposite pricing for Australian customers where no such tariffs apply - but I am happy with how JH responded.
Their clothes remain brilliant.

Fast shipping, but follow-up was a hassle
The delivery was impressively quick — no complaints there.
However, the overall experience fell short. I had to push to get clarity on a missing refund. While customer service was respectful in tone, resolution required more effort on my part than it should have.
Not the worst, but not what I'd call effortless. Two stars.

I always shop for my older brother, and I’ve already ordered 4 times from their website – I’ll definitely be ordering again. hank you for the great customer service. I once ordered the wrong size, and they refunded me fast and i have ordre the same blazer :D

Dont listen to the bad reviews, gentlemen
If someone reads this review please make sure not to listen to the bad ratings, this brand is one of the most underrated in menswear today and they will get even better im sure. I have order several items in the past year and the quality/price is very good and the shipping is fast.

Not to trust
Your answer shows how bad your customer service is.
As explained and proved several times, I have send back the right bag and the mistake is on your side. I tried to find a solution which you never have been opened to, which really makes me believe you are not honest and cannot be trusted.

How is it possible to have a return form which is such a pain in the a.. ? Impossible to load the steps.. loading for eternity.
EDIT : use chrome over safari for your return form. Will be better

I bought a pair of JOHN HENRIC chino size 29, my normal size. The total purchase was 125$. I’m in Canada, so I had to pay an extra 50$ of duties and taxes. The chino finally cost me 175$.
The JOHN HENRIC chino came, but the fit was WAY too large, it did not look good at all. It feels more like a 30-31 size. Very disappointing, not sure what is wrong with John Henric sizing. Anyway, I start the return and realize that, with the PENALTIES that JOHN HENRIC applies for a simple return, I will be refunded only 62$! For a total purchase of 175$! Amazing… what a scam!
This is exactly the type of abuse from Internet merchants we do not like. I feel cheated and stolen. I’ve ordered many many times in Europe from Canada and never had this sort of experience with product returns.
The worst is that if the pants had been TRUE size 29, I would have kept them. Now I’m stuck with a product that does not fit, and that if I returned, I would get A SMALL FRACTION of my money back!
Never, ever, and will make noise and very negative comment about JOHN HENRIC in Canada.

Great quality and price, fast shipping across Europe
I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews and thought I'd share my positive experience. Just received my order, only took 3 days across Europe to arrive. The quality of the items is great and the prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommended, at least if you live in Europe. A hidden gem, really.

If you are not based in Sweden avoid…
If you are not based in Sweden avoid them! I had ordered from the Canadian store, and was told that it was free shipping. When I ordered I was charged with a hidden $90 duty charge (half of the total cost) from ups that was only mentioned in fine print which stated vat was extra. It also did not mention the amount it was.

Ridiculous return policy
Ridiculous return policy. $20 charge is about 1/4 of the price I paid for the item. Other companies offer free returns, even internationally. Even a small fee is understandable from time to time, but this is a ludicrous amount. Would never order from this company again.

On 3.12.2024 I bought 5 items (order number 90134421):
- two scarves
- a coat,
and two turtlenecks
It turned out that the coat was too big (size 50) and I also want to return one of the turtlenecks.
On December 5, I sent a turtleneck and a coat by return shipment
and on the same day I ordered (order number 90148691) a coat in a smaller size (48 - according to the website it was in stock) and two pairs of chinos.
On December 9, an email came with information about the shipment of the order, which for unknown reasons did not include the 48 coat that I ordered.
After contacting customer service, they replied that it was out of stock and did not offer any solution or refund.
I clicked the notification to be informed when size 48 would be back in stock and the next day this information appeared so I quickly wrote to support to send me the ordered and paid goods and they told me to order it again.
They did not return the money nor did they send the coat.
I have 1000 Euros sunk in them
