Your answer shows how bad your customer service is.
As explained and proved several times, I have send back the right bag and the mistake is on your side. I tried to find a solution which you never have been opened to, which really makes me believe you are not honest and cannot be trusted.

I have been very very disappointed by the quality of the product. The photos looks nice but in real life it is cheap compared to the price. I tried to switch for another item, sent back to product and they said they never received the right items. So I lost the item and didn't get any reimbursement. Pure thief ! I should have looked at the feedbacks before that are all pretty bad !

We are sorry about the inconvenience. As we informed you in our mail correspondence, that we have not received the bag you bought from us but instead received another bag from a different brand in your return, which we informed you about with pictures. If you send the correct bag to us, we'd be glad to assist you further and refund you.
