I am writing to express my deep frustration with your delivery service via UPS. I placed an order for a white tuxedo shirt over a week in advance, expecting it to arrive on time. However, the delivery has been delayed by more than three days.
I have a wedding tomorrow and, due to this unacceptable delay, I will not have the appropriate attire for the event. This situation has severely impacted my trust in your company. I sincerely hope you address this issue moving forward, as it is causing serious damage to your brand reputation.
I feel compelled to share my negative experience with both UPS and your company through reviews, in hopes of preventing others from facing the same issues.

Your company really is a disgrace.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the delay in your delivery. We completely understand how important timely service is, especially when it involves such an important event as a wedding.

Unfortunately, UPS has been experiencing severe delays recently, and we are working closely with them to address these issues. However, we understand that this does not resolve the impact it has had on your plans, and for that, we are truly sorry.
