Great craftsmanship and considerate service
The jacket is great. I have no issues with it. I just wish I didn't have to wait another few months before I can wear it, and the reason for that is my jacket had to be remade due to some of my measurements being overlooked the first time around. A bit disappointing considering production took a little longer than the estimate I was given. At least they caught onto the error during inspection and offered me the adjustment free of charge, saving me £75 (or more like £100 after taxes). The remade jacket however also took a bit longer than the 2 weeks I was promised. The actual delivery was fast, only took one day to get from Scotland into Eastern Europe.
Still, I wish I had received the jacket on time without issues. I missed almost a whole month of perfect weather for breaking in a new leather jacket and now all I can do is stare at it for the next few months.
But anyway... I get that these things happen from time to time, so I'll just base this rating on the quality of the actual jacket itself.

Our QC team works hard to make sure all our jackets are made to the best standard and correct measurements. When there are any discrepancy's we aim to resolve these as priority to get them out to the customer quickly.
