After three years of using their digital signature service, I renewed it. Overall, I was quite satisfied until now, except for the fact that I was never able to use the app successfully (after a long support process I finally managed to restore the OTP confirmation system for signatures applied from the desktop).
However, at the time of renewal I encountered many problems accessing my account settings, and more than a week after opening a (complicated) support ticket, I still haven’t received help to actually activate the purchased signing service. Perhaps related to the rebranding into Tinexta, I found it very confusing to access and locate the right websites to manage my account — Tinexta asked me to create a new account even though I already had an Infocert service, personal pages on Infocert/Tinexta sites are fragmented, don’t seem to communicate with each other, and ultimately don’t give me access to activate the service. In short, quite a mess, and support is absent.
Infocert’s “luck” is that the competition is hardly any better (I tried Poste Italian, mortifying experience).
The company I worked for obliges me to get an infocert signature to sign the document. Tinexta Infocert doesn't have plans for a sigle signature so I'm obliged to buy a 3 year plan at 96 euros for something I will never ever use again. Just imagine this is for a 150 euro invoice, and I'm already wasting 96 euros. I know that infocert has an agreement and surely enough people who make enough business with the company I worked for can afford to go with the flow. Not my case. If they work that way then there should be a way to pay for a single signature a sensible amount. Let's add that the online chat doesn't even work!

After 4 days of continuous opening and closing tickets for my issue during the purchasing of SPID, I'm sincerely doubtful that people working for that company, especially at the customer care number, didn't just sell cheese till yesterday!!! The total incompetence and lack of technical knowledge goes over the possible thinking! They say that their services can be purchased everywhere in the world, but then they talk about "geolocation problems". Are you kidding me??? Still, after trials the problem still exist even trying from Italy, so what???
I'll ask a total refund of the money wasted with this company and for sure I'll suggest anyone I know to look away and as far as possible from Infocert...

The quality control and customer support are shockingly abysmal. I signed up for a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES). The process initially went fine but in the certificate they provided, under "Tax code" they entered my passport number instead of my tax id number (it was entirely their mistake), making the QES and certificate unusable for my purposes. I contacted customer support, who after three days tersely told me to revoke my QES and start the process all over again (I am still waiting two weeks later for the reimbursement of the €83.00). I then started the process again, but on the final validation step, the system tells me that "an unexpected error has occurred, please try again later". To no avail. I contacted tech support again (via a web form, you never get to interact with anyone), and after three days they replied with one line: "clear the cache and try again, there was a technical problem". I followed their instructions, using two different browsers, and of course there is still an "unexpected error". Now I'm out €166.00 (that I'll probably never get back) and still no QES. And still impossible to get in touch with anyone from customer "support". InfoCert is an utterly useless company, bordering on fraud. Frankly, I am amazed they're still in business.
Edit following InfoCert's reply: I have *already* filled out your contact form with my telephone number, my email, and my ticket number (a week ago) -- but *still* waiting to hear from you. It'd be fantastic if you were as diligent and efficient in dealing with customer queries and complaints as you are in replying to web reviews.

The best! Quickly and conveniently managed to register PEC from abroad, maximum efficiency!

I signed up for the QES to finalize a procedure that requires QES and p7m files. I finished the video authentication, everything went smoothly. Everything is paid. Yet, for more than a week it is not activated, I can not use the QES service and despite sending four service tickets up to now, no helpful response was received. There is not phone number to reach the support for the international customer (which we are as a German company).
Update:
Still waiting for feedback that actually helps solving my problem from infocert.
The helpful guides refered to here, do not help with my problem at all.
Update 24th March 2025:
Servcie still not working. Have not received responses to my latest tickets.
Update 31st of March. Despite this repsonse on Trustpilot nothing happened. This is outrageous. They have not even offered a refund of our payment we had to do upfront.

Impresentabili. Cari. Scarsissimo supporto. Software improponibile. Non so come la gente possa essere soddisfatta.

Very low quality service, poor or no support. You buy a digital signature, use it and discover after a few months that it has been deactivated because you have not completed an operation that you did not even know existed. Support invites you to ask for a refund, you open the ticket and you don't get any answer, not even an automatic one that tells you that the ticket has been received. Do you want to see the open tickets? The site is so messed up and full of bugs that you don't understand how to navigate it, maybe the website with the worst user experience I've ever seen. I had to buy a remote signature from another provider just because of the poor quality of their service and because of their non-compliance. I highly advise against it.

Absolutely useless. Should not be promoting sales to non Italians. I purchased a digital signature to sign documents in Italy - before doing so I checked it was the right one. After buying it, I discover it's not the right one. I am now trying to get my money back and am really struggling to make headway. Shocking customer service.

Quando chiami il call-center per informazioni sullo spid c'è sempre personale disponibile a darti informazioni esaurienti e risolutive. Grazie

We received three emails confirming the renewal of as many PECs, but which ones are not indicated. As already reported for invoices, also for renewal confirmations it is necessary to indicate which PEC it is. Thank you

I have never had such awful experience as with Infocert. They started the identification procedure and asked me to reconnect with the same link. The link was expired. I logged the first support case and they just told me that my order was cancelled and I need to request a refund. Guess what: there is no such form in the portal and I did not ask to cancel the procedure. Since you are not able to reply to their ticket response I had to log 2 more tickets only to find out that I need to print a form they gave me to request a refund.....this happens in 2024....I strongly do not recommend to use their services.
EDIT: the company's comment does not make any sense and prove they do not even bother reading customers' review. I submitted totally 6 different tickets to their "Customer Care" department - the last one today, and I have not received any update or refund from them yet.
