Nice store with room for improvement
It's a nice store carrying lots of quality looking products. However, the staff made me feel like I was an intruder not a customer. The Click & Collect took too long to find, and then too long to Collect my order. I was expecting my order to be waiting for me at the Click & Collect desk, but the employee behind the desk took my order number and then disappeared somewhere for quite some time before coming back with my order. It would have been faster to go in, grab off the shelf and checkout. In short, it's decent but it's got room for improvement.

Generally very good service
The delivery people were prompt and efficient. They contacted me in advance of arrival, giving good notice. They were friendly and polite and told me to wait a few hours before plugging in the fridge freezer to give the gas time to settle. The appliance arrived in good condition. The only small quibble I would have is that they didn't unwrap and take the packaging with them. I was a little distracted by having workmen arrive at the same time and forgot to ask. Otherwise very good service.

They supposed to deliver our stuff on…
They supposed to deliver our stuff on Saturday, the 11th of October Butt a person called me that the van is full and we cannot deliver it. He told me that he can deliver on Tuesday which I agree . today on Monday another person called that he wants to deliver it today, which I declined because Agreement was to drop it on Tuesday. Total chaos at their side regarding delivery service services and their logistics.
