Fast, efficient service
I purchased an item online very late at night and was pleasantly surprised that by morning, my item had been processed and dispatched for delivery!

Usually love Harvey Normans. Had a bad experience this time. Hopefully a one off. Ordered online for click and collect and was never notified of my products arrival even after contacting customer service. On the second attempt at talking to customer service got email to say item was ready. This was about 2 weeks later. Cancelled order, refund was dealt with quickly.

The worst service ever
The worst service ever
I ordered a fridge from harvey norman limerick , and the fridge is not working properly it's over freezing but harvey norman didn't help us , they came back telling we are just a retailer and you should just talk to manufacturers. I felt once the bill is paid they won't give any service for repairs

Brilliant Service
Delighted with my New Fridge, when I ordered they said 3/4 weeks. I was only waiting a week in which I was delighted. Also delivery service was brilliant too lovely Man called Jason very respectful and helpful & let me know when he'd be calling . Unnecessary complications
Ordered ND filters for my drone.
They were supposed to arrive on a specific date, they failed to deliver for over a week from initial date.
But that is understandable, one of the kind workers, has assured me, that due to the delay caused by the company, that they would ship it to my place without an extra charge, happy with the solution I want home and waited and waited, another week passed and no information nothing.
Upon ringing the shop, they said that it is ready for collection and that they will not ship it.
So after 3 weeks of waiting, I was forced to drive there once more just to pick up the filters, not very happy with all experience, but happy with the product hence 3 stars instead of 1
