Excellent service from start to finish. The delivery team arrived right on schedule and assembled everything quickly and professionally. The whole process was stress-free and efficient

I was only delivered part of the delivery despite prior confirmation that i would be delivered both things.
And later told to collect the second item on my own from the warehouse

Guys were friendly, professional and efficient. They arrived on time and delivered three large goods. All despite the pouring rain- and took away my old dishwasher- thanks

Great service

Order was ready to collect within a few days. Got notified promptly. Only down side was that I wasn't aware that there was a dedicated place for Click+Collect so wasted 10 mins waiting at regular counter only to be diverted to another queue at another counter.

From start to finish the staff were brilliant, in store and delivery, the guys that delivered the furniture were very nice ,they took away the old furniture, and took away all packaging, and cleaned up everything, brilliant delivery service and well worth the extra to get everything taken away ,I would highly recommend them

Having paid for ink on Click & Collect online. Item was not available for 5 days.
I heard nothing and had to ring the Limk store to be told they had my order!! Waiting time 2 weeks

The Click and Collect order process was easy. I received an update by email with delivery date very quickly. I picked up the item in my local store where my order was ready for me when I arrived. The staff member who dealt with me was friendly and helpful.

The delivery was excellent by your team. However the item (a bed) was manufactured in and obviously transported from Malaysia. It’s crazy that such necessary & simple items are not made locally to ensure sustainable timber + sustainable transport.

Waiting for my order for 3 weeks and then deliver damaged item. Big damage and scratch on side of the fridge. Unloaded in my kitchen and gone in 2 min. Just find out when start moving fridge myself. Went back in shop and waiting now for swap over for new one in week time again.

Combi microwave was not delivered. Invoice 2564285. After spending €2,109.34 at your shop My Partner had to give up his time to go to Limerick costing time and more money to collect it as the electrician was on site installing the other items. Otherwise we would have to wait a few days. By that time we would have no electrician on site and THAT would have cost even more money for his time. Marisa in the Limerick shop deserves a special mention as she was very professional, polite, and is a credit to the store from the first day we met her when we ordered the items, to the day of the delivery problem. There is weakness in the Harvey Norman ordering/delivery system. The warehouse said it was in the shop. The shop said it was in the warehouse. Items were originally ordered 1st June. My Partner had to go to both places, over and back, to find the microwave had been in the warehouse the whole time. Why was it not delivered?? We were told on 1st June that everything would be ready whenever we were ready to receive them. This did not happen and we were and are very disappointed with the delivery situation. It is not fair on us. We had enough stress going on getting the kitchen fitted besides having to go to Limerick when delivery was promised and did not happen as promised by your company. It ruined our day and was totally unnecessary.

I ordered a bed, two mattress and pillows from Harvey Norman. As a business, they have lovely things, price is good especially in sales. Emile, in the bedding department was very helpful and professional. His advices were very helpful in deciding what to buy. The problems started to come when I had to have the products delivered. The first matress didn't come on the day that was supposed to. I had to call the shop to see what was the problem. They didn't even realised that they missed the delivery. Then, on the day of the delivery of the bed and the second matress, the delivery guys were late, no notification as how long they'll be late. I was waiting at home and i had to be at work in the afternoon on that day. When they came, they barely said hello. They were talking between themselves. I asked if they can advise me how to assemble the divan bed as it came in two pieces and i have no experience. They said it's simple, i can check online. They left without saying goodbye. I felt that they could have been more courteous and attentive to what I was asking from them. Delivery felt rushed and got the feeling that they couldn't wait to finish their delivery and get out. Dissapointing. Pitty as the products i bought are really great quality and many thanks again to Emile who tried his best to help.

After a month of waiting I finally got an email about my purchase being ready for pick up just found out when I get to the store that it was not the product that I ordered. I had being told to wait for another week so I'm still waiting for my purchase
