The delivery of my dishwasher and cooker has been an absolute disaster
Canceled deliveries ,broken promises and in the end my cooker was not even loaded and or delivered after ordering on the 27/07/2025
At least the drivers were pleasant

Best crimp tool I ever had

Third time lucky! There were issues getting the appliance delivered but couldn’t fault the delivery service. They communicated clearly and frequently to keep us on the loop. On the day actual delivery took place, it was very efficient!

Everything was done to 100% satisfaction and on time with no problems

really bad service. Dont evening drop my fridge into my house. It's has to unbox. But that 2 men did not doing that and just leaving it outside of right of middle door. Door are right size to fit unbox fridge but they did nt do it.

Really disappoint the service

Delivery men were efficient and friendly.

Delivery drivers turned up. Did not say anything to my husband and brought the mattress up the stairs. Took away old one which was fine. But left the new one wrapped up on our landing.
Also they tracked mud all the way into our house and up the stairs.i have photos as proof. We have light grey carpet. I want someone to reach out to me about this as we are extremely unhappy with the delivery service

I'm very UNIMPRESSED with Harvey Norman delivery service.
The delivery was scheduled for yesterday 29th Sept. So on that basis I had made arrangement for someone to come to install oven and hob last night (29th). I was informed that I would receive a phone call in the morning of 29th re: delivery time. I didn't receive any phone call. I contacted delivery Customer Service on 3 occasions, they told me they would get driver to call me ASAP. I didn't receive any phone call.
I contacted Harvey Norman store, spoke to Sylvana who was very helpful but delivery was not received until today, a day later than agreed and too late for installation as arranged.
Delivery man said he was just asked today to do delivery.
Very poor and disruptive delivery experience.

The 2 men that delivered did not seem confident in what they were doing. They scrapped the floors in the hall, damaged the rad protector in the entrance way on the way in. They left the couch wrapped in plastic in the room, standing upright and seemed very pressed to shoot off. Other furniture providers take all of the rubbish away and set up the couch.

Quick Click and Collect and after that personalised explanation of the best phone cover i.e. Otter for my Iphone17 Lavender purchase with a discount from Shoaib in the laptop and phones section in the Limerick Store.

Took a day off on the 23sep, to be told at 5pm, the delivery date was changed to 25sep, we're paying a lot of money for delivery and installation, way more than we should be, so this service is not good enough

I was in the limerick store getting some stuff printed. Celab was the person who was on the counter.I have to say that he was absolutely amazing with the customers most of who were elderly. He had great patience and this is to be honored as it's not every day you see this. I was getting some posters printed for breast cancer fund raising and he was so helpful. Well done Celab

Shocking store. Bought a bed from them that broke within 9 months. I had just had a newborn baby and they still proceeded to take 6-7 weeks to fix it all while dealing with awful customer service. I bought a cabinet 13 months ago that the door just snapped off as I was closing it only to be told there is nothing they can do as it is after 12 months. One thing I would suggest ye do is buy and sell products that aren't rubbish. I wont be going to them again and I would advise nobody else to go there either for their own sanity.

Two great worker's delivered my order, very fast at getting out the old one considering they had a very small space to work in
They were very chatty and friendly.

Punctual, quick and got the fridge freezer in without any hassle at all. Took away the old one and all the packaging too. Could not fault the two lads. Paddy and didn't get the young lads name. But lovely friendly lads

I bought a new samsung phone in harvey norman they were doing a promotion for Cash back plus watch with the purchase of phone on 7th of June I received the watch 2 months later after numerous calls to samsung and harvey norman I contacted them about 4 weeks ago about the Cash back still no joy it's a joke to say I'm pissed off its an understatement

Well I got photos developed last Saturday in Harvey Norman's Ballysimon Limeri k. The assistant was so helpful, kind and patient with people who didn't
understand the technology. Her name was Shauntelle! Lovely girl indeed.

Very disappointing the bed didn’t arrive on Saturday. I moved into the house and had no place to sleep so I’ve had to move back to my parents house until the bed arrived.

The lads delivered it were so nice a assembly it for me they were called jamie a darragh
