It's a nice store carrying lots of quality looking products. However, the staff made me feel like I was an intruder not a customer. The Click & Collect took too long to find, and then too long to Collect my order. I was expecting my order to be waiting for me at the Click & Collect desk, but the employee behind the desk took my order number and then disappeared somewhere for quite some time before coming back with my order. It would have been faster to go in, grab off the shelf and checkout. In short, it's decent but it's got room for improvement.
