Excellent treatment with full explanation and great facilities. Darya was attentive and actually listened and was guided by my feedback which made the treatment healing process much easier (strained ligaments)
SCAM, telephone number rolling by one as i block the number every time they call..up-to 01202-143272 then 01202143273....etc
They have called twice today on the numbers shown..Just morons who need to be stopped. I let loose the first time putting the phone down. When he called again later that day i stated he is a thick moron and if he didn't understand what F** Off you C*** meant? then he put the phone down....
Villa plus cancelled my prebooked holiday without authorisation and then charged me an additional 1700 as the price had changed and for administration fees. I give them 2 stars as the local (Cala D'or) representative was excellent. White goods (1 month booking) in the villa were upgraded as agreed but low quality goods reflects the minimal care and effort the current owner puts into maintenance of this villa. It is tired and needs a refresh including new shower curtains( hardly a huge expense!!?!) I will not book with Villa Plus ever again. The protest of them cancelling the holiday, increasing the price Ashington a new deposit and charging administration fees fell on deaf ears, only with the intervention of my wife choosing not to re-book elsewhere to alleviate the hassle did this holiday go ahead with them. Never again. I spent 15k and even then I called a week before departure to amend the local registration of people going on holiday to be asked for a 10stg administration fee....stuff you. I told him where to go and put the phone down.
