Last night I went round and round the online instructions for obtaining an Access card and booking tickets - no success. This morning I got another automated but confusing email so picked up the phone, spoke to Maya who instantly knew why there was a problem and how to fix it very quickly - result is I have a theatre booking in the seats I want. Thank you.

Rang telling me that all my neighbours had taken up the 'survey' and my address was still outstanding. They kept asking how old I was and in the end I told them I was 15 and a half and would have to ask my parents - at which point the very persistent young man beat a hasty retreat!

More immediate information on the compatibility of prescription and chose frame would be helpful. The specs are lovely and the prescription great but I had a delay because it was not immediately obvious that my prescription would not work in my first choice of frames. I was phoned and emailed about it but then had to pay a further £9 for my second choice and wait what seemed like a long time for delivery.
