Just very Efficient

Site is easy to use, with part numbers and accurate descriptions. Reasonable prices, fast delivery and kept informed. Does what it says it will with no dramas. Very reassuring people to deal with who know their products inside out

So much better than............you know who

We use these guys 2 or 3 times a year, and they are so much better than their competitors. Queues are well controlled at the airport, that's if there is a queue and usually there isn't. In resort reps are good and don't push their own trips, they are knowledgeable and sort out any issues. The only time we needed their customer service, when I fell ill, they sorted everything out quickly by extending my stay and changing my flights. I felt looked after, and that's what we want

The Experts

These guys are a calm sea in the storm of stressful moving. Punctual, helpful, efficient, skilled. Booked them at the last minute after our completion date was moved and they stepped in and took all of our problems away. No breakages, cheerful and go the extra mile. Can't thank them enough.

Dreadful after sales service

Dreadful after sales service. Once they take your Money they treat you very badly. I wanted to order some hearing aid accessories, domes and filters, the part numbers are not on their web site, the customer service number is never answered as is my local (Mansfield) branch and their online chat is not a human but some sort of AI bot that has the intelligence, of a deranged tortoise. Truly awful experience and not for the first time. Went elsewhere

Tiresome contacts

Went on the web site just to see what was on offer, and have been hounded ever since by emails and phones. Calls are from an overseas call centre number that has been reported for scamming. It put me off using them.

Unpleasant Scam

Scam callers saying there is a problem with houses in your postcode and advises Grant's availible for older people. We are TPS registered so I reported them. Obviously target older people. Not nice.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Still waiting for a delivery. Rang customer services and gave order number and delivery address and asked for status but was told I they couldn't advise as I wasn't the account holder as it breached data protection. Did I ask for any personal information that the DPA covers, no. Did I have the account holders permission, yes because I had the order number and delivery address from my wife. Total incompetence in customer service processes and unreliable delivery information (once you have had our money) I will not use them again.
