Dreadful platform thats full of bugs with horrible AI messaging and gets the basics like company name wrong. So it will say "hi, x great to see your work at yy company", but gets the WRONG company.

Massively reputation damaging.
The support is terrible and they wont get back to you.

The AI messaging is just horrendous. I got a prompt working really nicely in ChatGPT. Transfer it to prosp and it generates awful copy that stinks of AI and a 6 year old could spot it. I would run a mile from this dreadful platform.

Average CRM as a database, terrible for getting web leads in. The only way to get website leads in to Zoho CRM is to use their dreadful web forms which generates a hideous, long block of code with inline styles (poorly written) which requires hours of coder-level customisation when you put the form on your website.

The alternative is to use their Zoho CRM Form extension which is largely unsupported, buggy and stops working randomly.

In this day and age, getting web site visitors to CRM is a basic need and Zoho CRM fails on all fronts.

Failed installation and eventually got CF working. Now in the first month, the service has been down 3 times. CF tech support cant say why. Today total service outage with no notification emails, no text messages, chat on their website doesnt work and status page is down. Utterly dreadful amateurish service. They dont even have ways of logging problems so they can tell customers what the technical issues are.

They told me the engineer would be able to get the technical logs. Two engineers arrived and said, the only way to get the errors in via the network service.

They have no idea what theyre doing.

Actively support scammers. Avoid like the plague. I had over £4000 defrauded from their terrible peer to peer marketplace just trying to sell some crypto. Binance have done almost nothing to help.

Good luck if youre relatively new to crypto but you stand a 90% chance of being defrauded on their platform and they do nothing to help.

Despite paying for a domain I got the message the domain has expired. Theres no way to contact TSO host. As a previous person wrote, no phone number, if you email even under your account email address and reference tickets raised they will constantly bat you back saying the ticket cant be matched.

However, no human ever responds.

The chat they keep referring you to doesnt work or ever start and theres no phone number to contact them for urgent enquiries. I dont know how firms like this keep operating.

SCAMMER avoid. Just ask them where they got your details from and they will instantly hang up. Trading standards should be all over these losers

Terrible customer service and UX which locks your account with no way out. After trading with CB for some time, I suddenly received a notification to upload my ID, which I duly did. My driver's licence full name is different from the account name I set up with years ago. As a result, it failed verification.

However, there is no way in the UX for me to get past the verification pages to update my account, so no matter how many times I reverify I can never get validated. Total UX failure.

Tried to contact CB every time and all they keep saying it re-upload. Staff dont actually ever respond properly or read support requests. There is no phone number or chat to get hold of them either.


I would avoid these clowns like the plague. So many good trading services out there now that are credible. Avoid services like Coinbase.

Good products but extremely expensive delivery costs (£3.95 on a £10) order. After a week nothing has arrived and despite being told when its been shipped Im still not told which century the order will arrive.

Very poor.
