Appalling Service!!
Appalling Service!!!! I switched to GREEN through Look After my Bills and the first year I had no issues at all. Service was really good and I was happy to stay with them another year. I only had 1 issue in the summer but this was sorted promptly. I'm now in my second year with Green and since January this year the service has been awful. My bills are extremely inconsistent and every month I have had to contact Green - you cannot get through on the phone and have to wait hours to get a reply on the App Chat, so I have to email and the service is shocking. 3 times this year when I queried how my bills can be so high sometimes £300 higher than last year, they told me that they were underestimating my usage and my bills are higher because it's a catch up on previous bills. That's 3 times this year and it's only May. So I pushed back again this month saying this cannot be correct and was told to do another test on my meter. The first time I did this a few months ago they told me that the readings were right and the bills were accurate. Now my latest bill came in at £418 for April which is higher than the previous months. I knew this could not be right, but they again told me it was a catch up! I disagreed with this and was advised to do another meter test and this time they said the meter readings has been swapped around and that my bill was inaccurate and the billing team would have to re-bill me. And while waiting for my bills to be re-billed, they sent me a email that they were cancelling my DD of £150 and increasing it to £315!!!!!!!!!!! Scandalous!!! I'm still waiting for my bill(s) to be sorted, and every time I chase for an update, I get a bounce back email to say if it's an emergency I need to call them.....but you can't get through.....and then the email says "If you still need assistance please reply to this email to re-activate your issue" Absolutely Mind Boggling!!!!
