I ordered 2 mugs and both were very nice, design and names could have been bigger but still like the mugs okay. However I cannot give more stars because they only got 1 order right and I had to contact customer service with a photo of the wrong mug that was not even remotely close to the ordered design. Customer service had the new mug sent but never sent the new email confirmation as promised so I had no idea when or if the new mug had been shipped. I had contact a second time to get a tracking number. The wrong mug was a birthday present and was late because of the mistake. I would not order from them again due to the error and customer service not following through on sending the confirmation.
