I HAVE JUST BEEN USING THE PRODUCT FOR ABOUT 10 DAYS. MY WIFE IS USIING PRODUCT ALSO. I enjoy THE PRODUCT HOWEVER NEED A LITTLE MORE TIME BEFORE SHARING PHOTO 📸.. I REALIZE YOU DON'T HAVE A LOT OF NALES USING complexion CARE. I HAVE STARTED HAVING THE PROBLEMS I SEE DISPLAYED IN THE PHOTOS SHOWEN. IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT MEN WANT ADMIT ISSUES WITH THEIR face FOR FEAR OF BEING CALLED ACTING FEMININE! BECAUSE IAM A TRUE MALE!

I've oily complexion and open pores which leave me prone to Blackheads. My daughters are currently using the soap. I bought three so we all could try. My complexion is more sensitive than theirs. I've been using the soap but it broke me out so I stopped. I've been enjoying the smell but it made my complexion feel dry. My grandma always had beautiful complexion and we. both only used alcohol on our complexion, literally. Every time I try a thing, it breaks me out .

I see a little change I was using a prescribed ointment from the complexion doctor. I believe it was full with complexion bleaching so I seen a bigger change with that now that I’m using this I noticed the spot are coming back or it could be the sun, but I’m trying I don’t wanna use the bleaching cream cause I heard it could give you complexion cancer so I’m trying and trying and trying and trying even though the bleaching ointment my face was getting white didn’t quite like it, but the spots was gone now without the bleaching cream. I see the spots coming back.🤦🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ but I’m a keep trying

I really like the yoni wash. It smells fantastic and is wonderful at getting you clean. I use this for my yoni and underarms because I've find that it thoroughly gets rid of bacteria, odors, and wax from deodorants. I'm so glad that I purchased this product and the buy 1, get 2 free was a steal! I will absolutely buy more.

This product doesn't work and they fail to tell you, that you are subscribing to them for $14.99/month. I didn't sign up for that and I am still waiting on my refund. Wouldn't recommend this company or product.

Straight up thieves. Charged me $84 for products that were returned to them by the post office. They don’t respond to emails, complaints to their Shopify account, or social media. Their customer service is non- existent. I’ll be filing complaints everywhere and will go to small claims court. It’s now about the principle. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE AMATEUR BUSINESS OWNERS WHO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DON’T DELIVER!

When I shave I get dark face around my vagina area. I know the turmeric will remove this and I adore it. I also enjoy the way the body wash makes my skin feel so soft. I love it

I've really dark inner thighs. I brought the item last month used it for about 2 weeks I haven’t seen an immediate result but I did a subscription purchase so I'm going to be using it again I really like the way it lathers up on your complexion leaving it with a smooth finish. The only problem I've was with how much comes in container but that’s not really a big issue. But overall the item was fantastic.

I adore how it makes my complexion feel. I just have a little discoloration from years of sunlight exposure and I am not disciplined enough to use the product everyday, but it is helping and a wonderful relief to have a natural product from a great company. Thank you

I wanted to wait and give these products time to really work in my face and a couple weeks later I will say I see a major difference! Especially within my complexion, the feeling of my face and also how I smell. I highly recommend these products and hope they work on everyone as well as they worked on me.

Love the products but not the sneaky way they get you for that $14.99 monthly membership fee. I had not noticed it coming out of my account since May. In order use your points that you might have earned, you have to check out as a guest. Once you check out as a guest and use your points, immediately login back into your membership with your latest order number and cancel before it charges you for the net month.

I had a scammy experience with Glo Melanin!

I was charged a monthly subscription fees on Sept 17, that I know I opt out of, when I bought the lemon and turmeric lip LESS than a month ago (Aug 25). I reviewed their refund policy which state nothing pertinent other than contact the company by email. I contacted the company via email as instructed and received no response.
The store is operated under Shopify, who won’t allow you to dispute the charge until after 30 days has passed. So I reached out to the company on Facebook (where I found the ad) and the company responds by saying to contact them by email, which I already did, and they’re still ignoring me so I googled the Glo Melanin and saw that this is a common practice for this company
So I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.

It was my first purchase on 9/6/25, paid for 3to4 day shipping, and $4 something for protection that's on their site for any broken product. Emailed for a refund on9/16/25, its pending on my account but funds are not available, then received product on 9/19/2025. I emailed them for a return label because my refund is pending already but they had the nerve to send broken product. I'm for supporting blk own but I'll never purchase anything from them. I'm waiting on a response for their return shipping lable

I tried this company for the first time in February 2025 and I fell in love with the Shea & Sea Moss soap. I primarily use the soap for my face for my eczema and it worked wonders. My face stayed moisturized after cleansing, it helped with my hyperpigmentation and left my skin looking flawless. Unfortunately this product was sold out on the site, after my second time ordering, so I reached out to the company. The customer service team was so amazing and even provided me with the last Shea & Sea Moss soaps as a gift. I was super excited and received my product as promised. I also use their Yoni wellness kit for hyperpigmentation in my inner thighs, the turmeric scrub is one of the best things I used for my dark spots. I will definitely be a forever customer, they have amazing products.

I always support black businesses but black businesses always mess me over . This company glomelanin continued to charge me and I only received 1 product ! I called several months ago to STOP the subscription but unbeknownst to me the company began charging me again ! Again , I didn’t even receive product . I believe they didn’t send product so that they can continue taking the charges from my acct . I have a lot of debtors so $14 was easily missed from my account . I have sent several emails and they send me one credit . I checked the BBB today and see that this company has an F rating ! And others have experienced the same issue as me . Unfortunately, I feel that alot of black businesses do not attain the necessary skills to run a successful business and that’s why many of them fail . This is very discouraging.

I’ve been using their face scrub for a little over a year. My skin is like glass. I love this product. Shipping time was no problem as I can see. They are local almost close to where I live in Georgia. Like all websites be careful what you click because some offers require a membership so thoroughly. I haven’t had those problems and I will continue to be a customer.

I placed two orders with them. First order place 8/1/25 arrived 8/7/25. Before the promised delivery date. Second order place 8/5/25 arrived 8/12/25. Looks like a 7 day average turn around time from order to delivery. Reasonable to me. Awesome deals. Just now trying out the products so no review about the claims other than so far so good. Also I saw some reviews about people being signed up for a membership automatically so I double checked my account to make sure. Nothing shady. No membership. All this hate seems suspicious and spammy. Even saw a few 1 star reviews from some weirdos who admit they haven’t even placed an order with them. Wonder who they pissed off.

BEWARE! They will automatically subscribe you!!! Sadly, I loved the soap but the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They automatically set me up to have a subscription when I didn't subscribe!! I had to call my bank and challenge the order and I did get my $15 back!! This happened last year. It's a shame that this is suppose to be a black owned company, but I question their morals, values and business ethics. Makes me sad because the product was good.
