I wish there were 0 stars. I've been waiting on my order for over a month, and customer service has not been helpful! I am asking for a full refund and can't even get a response, much more - my refund. I have wasted $126+ USD dollars, I am pissed!

I asked about my Mastercard

I asked about my Mastercard, and different reps gave different responses. There is such a poor communication gap among staff. If the cards aren't being shipped now, just say that don't give me the run-around! While some staff got to the point, honestly, others gave me false hope! I did not appreciate that!

Superb Service by Mohammed Arshan

I've only joined 1 week now, and everything went great. There was a minor hiccup at the beginning, but their amazing customer service dealt with it, within a day. Amazing service, keep it up Pyypl.

But so much more can be done, and sometimes there are minor issues with my store; things that are so small, which can be avoided.
