DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Usually I read reviews before purchasing but I decided to give them a try. When ordering I specified one time purchase for 3 bottles. A month later, I’m billed for another package again. I emailed them and no response I’ve phoned them and immediately the line hangs up. I will be disputing the charge. They need to be more professional because if enough people dispute these orders and they’re not getting paid, they’ll think twice about sending out their product like that. I honestly don’t even feel like they deserve 1 star but I haven’t even tried the product.

Please do not buy from this company. The product broke so I couldn't use the scrub. The pads did not soap up AND I DOD NOT DO A SUBSCRIPTION. ALTJOUGH IT IS NOT A LOT OF MONEY BECAUSE SO MANY OF US HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINTS, I AM CONTACTING BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND OTHERS. Beware of SugarBabyCare company!
Beware of this company!! When you order a product, they enroll you into a membership without your consent. They will repeatedly charge your card and prevent you from canceling the subscription/membership for their products. They will give you an error message when you use the cancellation feature on their website. They will not reply to your emails requesting the cancellation.
Scam subscription! Don’t subscribe!
This company is impossible to cancel a subscription with. And they do not accept refunds even with unopened packages, not even unopened products. I have been trying for months to cancel a subscription and it’s impossible. I have tried from the manage my account, from the products page, it will not let you simply get rid of the last product in a subscription, and when you get to a “cancel” page - it gives you an error.
It’s been two months and I’m still fighting with them. Do not do it. It’s not worth it. And their products definitely aren’t.
Fraudulent
Just like every comment except I received an email from this company after emailing them about 30 times and writing comments on Instagram after I too was signed up for a subscription (ALL LIES) their email said my subscription was canceled yet I recently got another order. This companies owners heart is desperately wicked like the Bible says because they are strong arming people who probably innocently wanted to just support a small business. These fraudulent orders and charging people’s account should be criminally investigated. Why should anyone have to go to the bank to get a new card to stop them. But it looks like the only recourse because I want my money back and I don’t want a product from people whose heart isn’t pure. So sad. I pray the Lord convicts their heart to do the right thing because this is just like robbery. So sad
Fraudulent Activity Beware
I'm not sure what this company is up to but they are definitely doing some fraudulent activities with customers.
I have purchased from them before yet this is ridiculous.
Any time I purchase, I do it in a bulk purchase because it's restock for me. I always make a singular purchase and double check behind it. Sept 2025 I made one and logged into my account to do so.
Low I behold, my card is being charged for a purchase regarding a subscription and its under reoccurring purchases. I also get 2 emails about an order on the way. Yet I NEVER SIGNED UP.
I Even tried to cancel it and also remove my payment information yet the sight wouldn't let me.
There are ppl online via Instagram that have complained recently about this so I see I am not the only one.
I emailed them and no reply. I had to contact my bank and waiting to hear back to ensure the charge is reversed and that they cannot take out anything else.

I received an email advising an order had been placed. I never placed an order and when I checked it said I had a subscription order. When I selected the buy 1 get 1 free with 10% off it was not a subscription. I would never had purchased a subscription. I was happy with previously purchased products but not happy that I can’t cancel this supposedly subscription. I have called the customer service number several times no answer just a recording. I did the chat feature which said someone would be on in 10 minutes. They never happened as a matter of fact I looked and the chat feature showed me still waiting. No response to the several emails that I sent including the one sent when I saw the order. As a customer I understand a company being busy but no response to a customer is not good. I guess I will have to dispute this with my credit card company and get a new credit card. I hate doing this but the customer service experience is not great and I have supported this company by buying several products in the past few months only to see this happen.

SCAM!!! I placed 1 order a few months and did not sign up for anything. They have been taking money from my account every month since I placed the order. I have tried calling the number that comes on my statement. There is never an answer and the mailbox is always full. I have sent emails with no response. I am so frustrated and unsure who to contact at this point.

Was “locked in to a subscription” that I didn’t give consent for. I emailed, called and dm social media platforms for this company and got no response but marketing email/text and package sent email. Filed a dispute through my bank. I went through the order process again to see where this subscription would show up and magically you see a checkbox for “Save 10% more with automatic refills”. I know for a fact I wouldn’t had selected this cause I was given a text message with a code for 10% off on 1st time buys so I don’t need a subscription but Even under that subscription it says “Zero Commitment, cancel anytime”. Okay fine, there is an option to manage this subscription, so I click it and I’m taken to a log in account page. Now I know I couldn’t have did this cause I didn’t even make an account, gave no information, create a username or password, etc. After filling disputes and reporting this company, like magic I get a response, falsely accusing me of selecting the subscription and that it’s a 3months fulfillment!!!! What?!?!? And it has to go through the 3 months cycle before cancel!!!! What happened to “ZERO COMMITMENT, CANCEL ANYTIME”… I’m not accepting blame for something I know with proof that I didn’t consent to a subscription. I’m a 1st time buyer why would I lock myself into a product that I don’t know will work for my skin. This review is for the service only not the product! I was so excited to be supporting a woman owned business while addressing my skin needs. I placed an order and immediately I saw the shipping address was incorrect. I sent an email to customer service right away and followed up the next day via chat and phone call which by the way the I was never able to get connected with anybody. I also left a comment on their most recent Instagram post as I saw they did respond to comments. No response. The shipment is out for delivery today and I have filed a dispute with my bank due to the lack of responsiveness and unprofessional ability of this business. Super disappointed I will just take my business elsewhere.

It's strange how all the NEGATIVE reviews suddenly disappeared. There were MANY but somehow only the 5-star reviews show up now, with only a couple of honest negative. I experienced it myself so I know this is a scamming company. I agree with the customer who said they pick and choose certain orders to fulfill. Trust me, it seems they do that to have at least SOME positive reviews. But don't be fooled. This company has taken lots of customers' money. Order if you want but you'll be one of us who got scammed.

I’ve ordered from this company *twice* this year, and this last experience has completely soured it for me. My most recent order was supposed to be a simple buy two, get two free deal for the turmeric scrub pads. That’s it. But after checking my email, I realized I had somehow been roped into a *subscription* — something I never knowingly agreed to.
I immediately tried to cancel through my online account, only to find there was *no option* to do so. Seriously? So I reached out via the chat feature on their website, and spoke with someone named Anne. That’s when I was told about a supposed *three-month commitment*, and that the system wouldn’t allow a cancellation until *three orders* had been processed.
Excuse me? That’s completely contradictory to what it says right on their site — next to the tiny checkbox, it clearly states “ZERO commitment, cancel anytime.” They sneak it into the terms and conditions. How is this not false advertising?
Why on earth would I subscribe to receive *four bags of scrub pads* every month? I’m ONE person. That makes no sense. I started looking into other customer reviews, and surprise — I found tons of people complaining about the *exact same thing*. And what’s worse, it seems like they arbitrarily choose who they’ll let cancel early. Absolutely shady.
At this point, I’m done. I’m canceling my card and ordering a new one through my bank. They will never get another red cent from me. I want my account and any personal information completely wiped from their system. I don’t care how much I liked the product — I will *never* give another cent to a company this deceitful.

I was at first skeptical because there are a lot of duplicates out there. This brand cannot be duplicated. I tried the glow wash on a specific problem on my chin and to my surprise it worked. I noticed it and my kids noticed the difference right away. On this specific place on my chin I pick and tweeze which is not good. I can say since using the product everything that I picked and used my tweezers for were minimized and lightened so I don’t use my tweezers anymore. Seeing is believing because of this product. I am a forever customer. My teenage daughter has had breakouts from time to time and for her this product takes the breakout completely away. So for me and her we are extremely satisfied. If the bottle is halfway gone she is on me to buy more to always have the product. We are SUGARBABIES!!!!!.

I love their products. Ive ordered from here several times before. I placed an order earlier this month. When I received my products, I noticed I was missing 2 items. So I emailed them and it did take a while for a response and they resolved my issue. I love the products.
