Worked straight away in Barbados. No glitches, no problems. Great value for money.

Took my money, can’t get data, asked me the same questions repeatedly and now I’m 54eur short with no data waiting for an assistant to get back to me shortly and it’s been 30mins already.
EDIT: Well it was a good thing I didnt wait around for them to get back to me 'shortly', as they got back to be several hours later. When I replied, I got the same chatbot asking repeated questions. Well I requested a refund, even that request was frustrating. Amazing how these companies take your money for an 'epic' service, then have us wait an epic 5-10days for a refund. SCAM.
I tried a competitor instaead, and it worked instantly. Holafly seems to be good, only when things go right, which never happened for me

Unbelievably fast delivery direct from BoJ in Korea to Netherlands and only had to pay an extra €3.75 for customs.

The sunscreen is very light and the colour matched perfectly. Very happy with this product.

The DeoDoc range is divine for this 51 year old menopausal chick. Perfect for intimate areas. Even my husband uses for his private parts which brings me to the only negative point. The items are a little small if you have a husband that uses your products 😂 I’m on my 2nd order and likely to be a long term customer.

My order arrived to the Netherlands but PostNL for some reason, charged an import fee which I have never paid for orders from the UK. Lolas lashes promptly responded to my query about this error, which they paid, but unfortunately PostNL
returned the item to UK instead of forwarding to me.
I then received a full refund of the order from LL.

The failed delivery is nothing to do with Lola’s lashes…it might be due to the ongoing Brexit changes, hence why I score 5/5 for the excellent customer service, despite not receiving the item.

Communication is TERRIBLE. Why CAN I NOT DELETE MY CARD DETAILS AND DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT? Why does HP not have the intelligence to translate messages for the CUSTOMER to understand? Why do I have to come to Trustpilot to get a satisfactory response from YOU HP?

Pleasantly surprised by the quality. Husband loves the flares which are a perfect fit. I forgot about the order then I received an apology message about the delay and received a 5€ credit. Great Service. Already shopping for more 🤓

Black Friday sale prices are the same as the normal price so will not buy anything from them.

EDIT: I see the responce from ISEE stating that they brought forward the Black Friday sale prices for the whole of November. This in my opinion is ever so slightly deceitful. Black Friday sales I expect to have a Black Friday price, not a November Sale price. I unsubscribed, so have no interest in purchasing.

2 reasons.
1st. I ordered the product through instagram after seeing all the ads about this amazing product. When my items arrived, I wanted to order a few more things, but suddenly they stopped shipping to NL but advised me they are working on it…I haven’t had an update but…I’m glad anyway because
2) after a couple of months of using the soap and moisturizer until it ran out…I realized I have an area of each side of my cheek and towards my chin that has light blotches.
So it seems that it caused hyperpigmentation rather than ‘brighten and even my skintone’ as advertised.

Did not work for me.

Edit: now HP wants to talk to me after 1) I held on waiting for a response to their Chat Robot for about an hour until
2) I sent a complaint message on their IG account
3) I finally got through to a human who said that perfectly good Instant Ink will stop working when I end my subscription, so I ended my subscription after which I will get a new printer - I told HP this.
4) HP contacted me on WHATSAPP stating that they’d like to help but first I must provide a telephone number, email address, serial number
WHICH WAS ALREADY PROVIDED ON THE SAME WHATSAPP THREAD With the robot.
5)HP unfortunately had me so angry yesterday with their ‘computer says no’ nonsense that I resorted to swearing

So this response to my TrustPilot Review is the same generic standard drivel that is given to all humans. I have had it with HP.

NEW EDIT: I HAVE BEEN CHARGED AN EXTRA 1€ for PRINTING MORE THAN 10 pages WITHIN MY SUBSCRIPTION MONTH. I HATE HP WITH A PASSION

NEW EDIT: I bought a new printer. The HP one is now on eBay…if it does not sell in 2 weeks, I’ll leave it on the street for a dog to use.

I’ll begin with the customer service. Excellent. I had an issue with payment which they instantly resolved and it turned out to be an issue with my payment method, not ffern.
The packaging. It’s like opening up a present and it really is. Environmentally friendly container little extras. The ingredients, the origin, the history, the why’s and how to’s.. is so special…it’s like reading a storybook for flowers.
The fragrance…..I sprayed a little and waited (as instructed) and…..oooh my!….delicious…Actually many moons ago I read a book called The Jitterbug Perfume and if memory serves me correctly, it’s spans 2 storylines over centuries about finding the origin of a specific mysterious scent. This season’s fragrance ‘Autumn’ is how I imagined the Jitterbug Perfume to smell. I absolutely love it. I am a perfume snob, I do not buy from the high street. I only ever have 1 perfume. Ffern is the one from now on.

The calming oil calms instantly. The intimate balm moisturizes gorgeously. The wash doesn’t irritate. Happy 😊

Arrived to Netherlands from Australia faster than anything from UK. Very good quality and a great attention grabbing item.

I received to say I can register. I registered and paid.
No confirmation, no order. my phone number and email address do not work.

I meant to update this ages ago so apologies..
FFern responded and fixed the problem which wasn’t actually their fault. It was to do with payment via my phone using a specific payment method. This was resolved and I was refunded. thank you Ffern!
