GOFLAME bought a pergola from this company. Who sell via numerous well known companies. The canopy was substandard and flawed. After 3 months the company are still not responded to my mail. They had agreed with the purchase company to replace the canopy but have not bothered. Not a good company to buy anything from. After sales is non existent.
Not the cheapest place, but definitely very high quality furniture. The deliveries are fast, both of our orders have arrived either on time or 1-2 days early.

My order was delivered incomplete and initially they were very understanding and offered me several options. They refunded a small amount of money which I didn’t even know about and what not sufficient to cover the missing part in my opinion.
When I informed them of this I have not received any response via email or telephone and their telephone and website seems to be unavailable making me think they are no longer in business.
If they are, I would appreciate a response.
It was hard to choose because we were afraid that the items won't look like in the photos online, and this was partly true because they look so much better!

Ordered a furniture cover in June, it is a Supremo Cover for garden chairs in grey. Noticed in August it had started to turn light purple which can only be due to sunlight. It is supposed to be UV resistant but clearly not fit for purpose. Was asked to send photos which I did, and despite speaking to people on the phone they don’t return calls and emails and no longer answer. Wish I would have bought it for slightly more from a local garden shop as the money would be refunded by now. Very disappointed as thought better but reading recent reviews it is clear they are not going to do anything.
Update. As someone else mentioned the company has gone into administration. Some of the website still works so is possible to place an order but be warned.
This was a really great purchase. From the moment I placed my order to the moment it arrived, it only took three days, which was much faster than I expected. I was impressed with how smooth the whole process was, and it made the experience very enjoyable.
They have a lot of items for sale, and even though the season is coming to an end, that is actually when you can find the best prices. It felt good to get such a nice deal without having to pay full price.
I am really happy with the garden furniture itself. It looks lovely and adds a nice touch to my garden, and it is clearly well made with good quality materials. Overall, I am super satisfied with my purchase and would definitely consider buying from them again in the future.
Ordered garden furniture on 2nd August, had to chase as no contact from the couriers. Eventually, given a delivery date of 18th August, the courier company cancelled on the day. After numerous calls (and promises of call-backs that never happened), we were advised that road issues near the depot prevented the courier from collecting the items. Then, after chasing again last week, I was informed that the courier had "lost" the garden furniture and that they would be refunding this week. No refund received, and now not answering the phone or emails. Shocking service, and I believe they are SCAMMERS. Avoid at all costs. Now liaising with the credit card company to retrieve our money under Section 75.
UPDATE: Looks like the company has gone into administration, sadly. The main company name is RICHARD GRIFFITH HOUSE PLANTS LIMITED (04667579), and they went into administration on the 2nd September. I have spoken to the administrators this morning, and they confirmed that gardenfurniture.co.uk is the same company. The website is also now down.
Placed an order for a Kettler furniture cover on the 9th August, with a 5 - 7 day delivery time. When not delivered, sent an email (no reply) and ++ phone calls, still no cover has been delivered. The past 4 calls were answered but the lady could never tell me when the goods would be dispatched or even if they had the cover in stock - they were always going to return my call. Today they aren't answering the phone at all. Presuming they have gone out of business.
Everything went wrong! From the very start on 7th August when I placed the order for garden furniture.
Since then 2 deliveries have been arranged and each cancelled on the delivery date. There is no customer service, my emails are ignored, telephone calls are simply unanswered or if they are then lies are told. I was offered a refund when I was lucky enough to have an umpteenth call finally answered but this has NOT happened.
I have tried calling for days and days but no luck speaking to anyone yet! Emails again are just ignored.
If anyone is reading this review, please listen, take my advise, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I have never had the need to write a negative review but this company take it to a whole new level.
They don’t even deserve the 1 star I had to enable me give to write the review.
I am extremely frustrated with gardenfurniture.co.uk. My mother placed an order with them for over £900, and since then, we have received no clear communication about the damaged goods and incomplete order recieved.
Despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone and email, they have failed to respond.
We were promised updates, but instead, they have ignored our attempts to resolve the issue. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially when they have already taken payment.
I do know their address, and if this issue is not addressed soon, I will consider all available options to escalate the matter. I strongly urge gardenfurniture.co.uk to respond to their customers and resolve this situation in a professional manner, as ignoring customers will only lead to further frustration and unwanted consequences.
I hope they will take this feedback seriously and work to improve their communication - this is people's hard earned money, and some don't take this lightly. Myself included.

Sadly we cannot give a good review to this company and are disappointingly experiencing many of the issues expressed by several others.
The initial contact in ordering a garden table and chair set was positive. The company responded quickly with invoice and referral to delivery company, who were very efficient in their communications. Delivery came on date requested, with the correct table, but only four chairs, when six were supposed to arrive and the four chairs were the wrong style.
Initial communication by telephone when we called the advertised number was helpful. They took details and said they would call us back with the solution to the problem! No call back has ever occurred. We have managed four telephone conversations with the “office” over a four day period after several no answers or busy signals. Each time we were told they would speak to “the warehouse” and promised to call us back soon, or by the end of the day! No call back from them has ever been done.
We have emailed and they acknowledged the receipt of the email and could repeat back to us what it said. Sadly no communication from them. We have sent further emails to say it appears they cannot fulfill our order and we are requesting a refund. Again no communication from them.
We are pursuing the refund and sorry to say our advice is do not do business with this company. If they had shown honesty and integrity in communicating with us and saying they could not fulfill our order it would be so very different.
Slight delay but we finally got it. The parcel should arrive on Monday but came today (Wednesday) so no harm done. It was pretty easy to put this together... overall super solid purchase and my wife loves it!
A++ for communication too... they kept us informed all the way.

We ordered Garden Furniture on 10 August, spending just under £1K, after hearing nothing about delivery for several days my wife contacted Garden Furniture and was promised a call back that didn't arrive. Called again numerous times eventually told they'd made a mistake and the furniture that we had ordered was no longer available, we would be contacted by 26 August with an alternative or refund; no such call was received. We have subsequently telephoned over the last 2 days nearly 100 times without a response. It looks like they've taken the money and run.
Do not use they do not answer emails, been informed by the courier’s they do not use them anymore and items sent back not sure what is going on ? As they don’t answer phone or emails order was done on the 8 th August still awaiting call back from management.
Ordered 11th August. Emailed & rang 200 times no response. Website now not taking payments. I have notified my credit card company. All I want is a response if they have gone into liquidation please put it on the website so I do not waste anymore time trying to get a response. I feel they have stolen my money knowing they would not be able to deliver within their stated delivery time.
Furniture delivered incomplete with broken glass. Absolutely terrible customer service they never call you back or answer emails. DO NOT BUY from this company. I am now having to fight to get them to pick up the furniture and issue a refund. They have been reported to Trading Standards.
I paid a lot..nearly £2000 for garden furniture. It was assembled and delivered and arrived with damage...this was at the beginning of July. I was promised a replacement and delivery by AIT scheduled for mid August, it was canceled on the day because the courier had not received the furniture from the supplier. Despite numerous emails and phone calls which were never answered, I contacted the Garden Centre they operate from who said that they WERE in the premises but didnt hear the phone. No call back. I am extremely worried, so I have contacted my credit card company and initiated a dispute. I am very VERY concerned. I SHOULD have ordered from Kettler direct and been covered by the worthwhile guarantee and excellent customer service.
I too ordered furniture on 9 August and still awaiting delivery. Had one date of 16 August. This was then cancelled. Another date of 20 August with a 2hour window fir delivery time. This was cancelled the morning of the delivery. Like other customers I have had no response to my email nor am I able to get through on the phone. What is going on? Can someone advise if I should cancel my order?
I ordered a garden set on Sunday 10th, was given the 16th as delivery from the delivery service, this was changed last minute to the 20th, on the 20th was told the seller didn’t send the furniture to the delivery service. I have rung multiple times, it is either busy, goes unanswered or on the 3 times it was picked up, I was asked for details and told they would ring back. Nobody rings back. A couple of reasons given for not being able to help there and then is the system isn’t loading properly, the only person who can help is in the warehouse and won’t be able to answer the phone or the person is old and needs someone to operate the computer. Reading other reviews about this company this happens all too often. I just want someone to tell me what is happening, if they can’t fulfil the order just tell me, refund me and I will be able to buy some garden furniture from elsewhere. Just be honest.
