I ordered some garden furniture covers and noticed they were the wrong size. I immediately chatted with white stores who corrected.
I was updated throughout about the delivery progress and when received they fit a treat and are super quality.
Would definitely use this company again.

My order was delivered incomplete and initially they were very understanding and offered me several options. They refunded a small amount of money which I didn’t even know about and what not sufficient to cover the missing part in my opinion.
When I informed them of this I have not received any response via email or telephone and their telephone and website seems to be unavailable making me think they are no longer in business.
If they are, I would appreciate a response.
