I have used the service of the Manchester branch of LBS for a while. Every time I find the most helpful and efficient. The branch manager Chris Sykes is an exceptional on a personal level and as a leader of the team. LBS are lucky to have people like Chris in their organisation.

I have been waiting two days for a delivery this company says was "out for delivery" I spoke to their live chat who just kept repeating what I can only imagine was a pre written script. I contact the Facebook page all they could do was keep telling me my package was out for delivery. They could not contact the driver, customer services team or the depot to find out anything. In an age when we have the technological knowledge to send probes to Saturn, men to the moon Eavesdrop on conversations 2000 miles away or drop a missile by remote control to a 1 metre target on the far side of the world, DX can't contact a driver on his delivery round. Not only that but the only "help" they can give appears limited to a prescribed idiot list. The package by the way is coming all of 25 miles Unbelievable

Great airport with the exception of passport control in arrivals. Even considering the current security needs, there were far too few officers and or passport gates open for the amount of passengers arriving.
