Would give zero if possible

Would give zero if possible. Wish I'd read reviews. Took my order but next day said no florists available to fulfil order. This was for a special wedding anniversary and was told too late to be able to source alternative. Never ever will I use or recommend this shower of a company.

Refusing to collect and refund

Ordered a slide via Argos. It was delivered faulty which has been acknowledged by Plum Play yet after many weeks they still refuse to collect it. They offered to send a new one which we refused we just want a refund as is our right for faulty products. It makes no sense as they would have collected it if we accepted a replacement but refuse a refund. I'm still trying to get Argos to sort out as I paid them and Plum is their 3rd party supplier. I would not order from this company again.

Argos won't help with faulty product

Usually I have no quibble with Argos but this time been terrible. Tried for past 3 weeks to get a defective children's slide refunded and collected. 6 phone calls to Argos and they still won't sort it out instead trying to pass me to their 3rd party supplier. I paid Argos so my contract with them not their supplier! The company acknowledged slide was faulty but refusing to collect so I'm stuck in middle. Waiting for Argos manager to call me..so far nothing. I won't be using Argos again as I've little hope of getting this resolved.

I liked the overall product well made…

I liked the overall product well made although glad we got someone to build as instructions not overly clear and needs 2 strong people to hold parts.
What i dont like is they missed the decorative panels abd heater off our order and we've been waiting months. I think they have a real supply chain issue.These can be added after so we had it built as had installers booked. Obviously it's still not the finished article as decorative panels will go across the back.
Customer service mainly by instant chat bot think it's offshore and just get stock response ie we're sorry..we will chase. You will get missing articles when we get them. But every week the date changes. Unacceptable and frustrating. To date we still haven't got missing parts and first ordered last sep/Oct.

Andrew was really helpful when we visited the nursery at Knaresborough. The Melbury set is of great quality and easy to put together. We are really pleased with our purchase and customer service is excellent. Will definitely use in future. Highly recommend this company.

Scam company

This is not a UK company. Wish I had read trust pilot before ordering. The kaifori coffee cups advertised as 200ml capacity and video shows larger cups. What you receive are tiny cups holding barely 100ml. When complaining they say 200ml is for 2 cups added together not individual ones. Total rip off and they ask you to pay to return to China if you want a refund..which I seriously doubt you will ever get. I have written it off as bad judgement and just wish yo warn others. Don't fall foe this sham company!

Terrible customer service

Sent different item to what was described. Took weeks to come. Various excuses. They gave asked I send photos then a video of the issue.delaying tactics. Imhoing to request a payoal refund. Will never use this site again

Slight damage customer service lacking

Loved the look and was a lovely unit. There was slight damage on a door edge that I reported and only advice was to wipe it which did nothing. For an £800 unit I don't think this is acceptable. I would not order from this company again on thus basis.

Lovely to look at but quickly loses silky feel

The birds duvet looked beautiful. However although it initially felt like silk and had slight sheen, after one wash following instructions to the letter..it us now non silky abd lost its sheen so more like regular cotton duvet. For the price I expected better I suppose.

Professional and high standard builder

So far we've had a very positive experience. Generally the house has been finished to a high standard. Charlotte in the sales team , John and Martin from the building site management team, and Darren on going customer support have all been great. Very communicative and helpful. The tradesmen who have beenin sorting any snagging issues are all top notch too. I woukd recommend Miller Homes to anyone looking to buy a new home.
