I placed my pre-order on the 25th May…

Update - a lovely lady called Pippa rang me to reassure me everything was good with my order and to apologise for me not getting a confirmation. This is extremely unusual and they are looking into it as it should have happened automatically when I placed my order - anyway I now have it and my furniture is due to arrive on Tuesday. Very exciting!

I placed my pre-order on the 25th May and so far haven’t received any confirmation of this and the money I have paid. I am really concerned that the website is a scam and will be contacting my credit card in the next few days if I don’t hear anything. I don’t expect delivery but I definitely expect a confirmation.

I have not received the items yet

I have not received the items yet despite being told it would come yesterday and have been told to contact the shipping - great accountability !
Update. Now received an email confirming the money has been refunded - Without delivery charge! No explanation. Great just in time for Christmas.

Not happy.
