I was a little nervous at first sending my diamond to them but after asking many questions (and yes Sky put up with me) they made me feel confident of their service. They worked hard for me even during the corona virus when NY was hit hard. I am forever thankful to Sky, the owner and the gemologist who helped me in a time of need. I highly recommend Diamond Lighthouse! They are wonderful! I will use them again and again!

Great Job by everybody involved to help me get the most money for my diamond. I just sold my engagement ring on Diamond Lighthouse. It was an easy and straightforward process. I received multiple offers and chose the highest bid. They handled everything for me and I received my money right away. Best way to sell your diamond.

I highly recommend using Diamond Lighthouse. I personally visited their office in NY. A certified gemologist thoroughly examined the diamond using different devices and recorded the entire evaluation by camera to ensure accuracy. I was present the entire time and the outcome was exactly the same as the one done by my local jeweller. Unlike other companies who just review the diamond using the loop, Diamond Lighthouse uses a multi-step process as it is in their interest to get the seller the most competitive price. In fact, when the gemologist found a tiny fault in my diamond he insisted that I look in the microscope to confirm his finding. I found the entire process to be very professional and the partners to be very nice and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to refer them.

I've been searching for a few months to find the right buyer. My diamond was cut early in the 60's and wanted to make sure I got the best deal since it was also sentimental. But like all good things, I needed to let go.
After 17 emails, 8 local Jewelry shops, Diamond Lighthouse was the best offer that I received. Knowing how the diamond industry works I knew with their help I would be able to get at least close to where I felt was fair.

My rep from day one emailed me and stayed on top of communication.
They sent a prepaid box next day to send my diamond to them. I was very impressed that this company had a nice shipping box and even the jewelry paper with insured tape for shipping and handling. Other companies just emailed me a shipping label to print and I had to find a way to package it and pay for it. As you can see I didn't go with other companies, I went with Diamond Lighthouse.

Once you're account is created, they have a site you login into and you can choose if you want to accept the offers given or reject it. After a few offers, I wasn't feeling so great an what I was getting. So my rep kept working with buyers and making sure it was in the ballpark to where I felt was fair. Less than a week I got a reasonable offer and closed the deal. Within 24hrs I received my money straight to my bank account.

I had a really good experience with Diamond Lighthouse. I explored several options, both online and locally. I spoke with 3 online representatives, including one from Diamond Lighthouse. One was nice, but gave me a lower quote. Worthy.com gets excellent reviews, but I found their rep to be extremely salsey and I didn't like that at all. They were also not up front with their fees. The rep didn't mention anything about a commission or fees at all. The local person I spoke with was very dismissive about my ring, which was a nice ring that I loved and really didn't want to sell. He downplayed the quality and made it very clear that the ring would be dismantled and basically thrown out for the main diamond. I left the meeting in tears! Diamond Lighthouse was kind, efficient, and very responsive on email. They got me a great price ($1500 over what the local guy quoted, even though he tried to tell me that online vendors were basically lying when they quoted higher) I would definitely recommend them!
