I'm so happy I made the decision to contract with Diamond Lighthouse to sell my diamond ring. Melissa made the entire process painless. I received an offer for my diamond that was over the highest estimate. After accepting the offer, I was contacted immediately for payment preference and received a wire transfer within 24 hours of accepting the offer. I can't think of one thing that would have made my experience any better and that's why I've rated Diamond Lighthouse with 5 stars!!

Mary took such care with me from the very beginning. I'm recently divorced. The wedding set meant a lot to me; sentimentality still very present. However, I knew it was time to move on and I wanted to get a really good deal. By browsing the site I learned what S1 meant. It meant the ring wasn't that valuable to start with. I decided to go ahead and let DH handle the sell. When I sent it to Mary for evaluation she got back with me, in a timely manner, to let me know my diamond was fractured filled and DH would not be able to sell it. Well I was heart broken. Just devastated.
Mary has been with me through it all. Making sure I had everything DH could provide to help me with my case with Overstock. It's now out of DH's hands. You guys have done all you can do for me. And what's so special is you didn't have to once you realized it would be of no interest to DH.
I promised Mary I would let her know the outcome of this "Dark Diamond Tragedy".

They pay for your shipping, have a very reasonable commission rate and have a great online portal that keeps you up to date on the process. It was very easy and I got paid in less than 2 days!

After making 3 attempts to sell my 1.74 carat with other dealers, I discovered Diamond Lighthouse. The other 3 were shifty, shady, and acted as though they were doing me a favor by "taking it off my hands." for the very best price possible. Which was $250. to $700. less of what Diamond Lighthouse got me in a matter of a few days. Will use this service again. Melissa Hill is professional, perfect, and fast. I hope Lighthouse gives her a bonus, or at least an afternoon off with pay.

I know we all deal with many companies and organizations and interact with many of their employees in so many diverse situations. Rarely do we take the opportunity to acknowledge those who truly make a difference in our lives, simply by just really caring for those who seek out their services. I am a 64 year old single woman who got divorced three years ago. Without going into too many personal details, my husband had gotten us into such major financial difficulty, because of so many deals that he had pursued, and that were unbeknownst to me, that when I moved out of the home we shared, there was little left of the estate that my parents had left for me; that they worked so hard to give me to keep me from worrying into old age. They would be "spinning in their graves", as the saying goes. I did have some of my mothers' cherished jewelry items, and I had no intention of selling them unless it was absolutely necessary. Well, things had escalated and it turned out that I was possibly going to lose my new home because I just couldn't keep up the payments since he had not paid me what he owed me. I am a devout Catholic and I prayed for an answer. I awoke one morning recently, after much prayer, and I was compelled to seek out a possible way to sell my mom's diamonds. I found, with God's grace I know, Diamond Lighthouse. From the very first contact I had with Mary Urena, I just felt so at ease and she was so helpful walking me through the steps I needed to take to get my diamonds to NY and to go through their process to sell the gems. I was very concerned to put such valuable items into the hands of strangers, the postal service, and anyone else for that matter. But the professional way that Diamond Lighthouse has walked me through the transaction, the way they convinced me that they were looking out for MY best interests, the way they kept me abreast of the ongoing showcasing of the gems, and then the immediate payment that was received after the sale just wowed me! I cannot recommend, any more highly, Diamond Lighthouse, and Mary Urena, and all of the staff including Stephanie and Melissa, and all the employees with whom I was so privileged to work. My experience with Diamond Lighthouse was relieving because of how well everything went. I was pretty skeptical to the whole process but I gave it a try and it went very smoothly. I have to give the credit to my representative Mary, she was the epitome of professionalism and was on the spot with everything that I needed assistance with. Mary, thank you very much. I was hesitant to the aspect of finding a buyer but they managed that part very well and quickly. I am happy to say they were able to solve my problem of selling my diamond.

My husband had tried several ways to sell a diamond... most of which seemed very sketchy including walking around to different diamond dealers in the jewelry district in downtown Los Angeles, high end pawn shops, a "company" who advertised in an airline magazine who wanted him to send the ring via USPS, etc. Then a friend found Diamond Lighthouse online and we decided to give it a try.
