Thrift books is fast and has a huge selection of books. I love using them so I don't have to buy books new and can donate them back to my local library of Little Free Book stands later.

Books came in a timely manner, in good condition, and I love that I am getting 2nd hand books for a great price!

I will never use them again. I got a Postmates gift card through work and thought I would use it to order dinner for my kids. First, the options were very limited and mostly junk, but we ordered a healthy option and got a text pretty quickly that our order was out for delivery. Three hours later... canceled bc the driver had a personal issue. THREE HOURS LATER. Next day, I thought, "okay, free money," I'll just pick it up. So I ordered for pick up, got a text that the order was ready, and then proceeded to wait 30 minutes at the restaurant because the order was NOT ready and we were then late for my daughter's school... Never, ever, ever. If I get a gift card, I'll give it back. Free isn't even worth the hassle.

I had a really good experience with Diamond Lighthouse. I explored several options, both online and locally. I spoke with 3 online representatives, including one from Diamond Lighthouse. One was nice, but gave me a lower quote. Worthy.com gets excellent reviews, but I found their rep to be extremely salsey and I didn't like that at all. They were also not up front with their fees. The rep didn't mention anything about a commission or fees at all. The local person I spoke with was very dismissive about my ring, which was a nice ring that I loved and really didn't want to sell. He downplayed the quality and made it very clear that the ring would be dismantled and basically thrown out for the main diamond. I left the meeting in tears! Diamond Lighthouse was kind, efficient, and very responsive on email. They got me a great price ($1500 over what the local guy quoted, even though he tried to tell me that online vendors were basically lying when they quoted higher) I would definitely recommend them!
