I've been searching for a few months to find the right buyer. My diamond was cut early in the 60's and wanted to make sure I got the best deal since it was also sentimental. But like all good things, I needed to let go.
After 17 emails, 8 local Jewelry shops, Diamond Lighthouse was the best offer that I received. Knowing how the diamond industry works I knew with their help I would be able to get at least close to where I felt was fair.

They sent a prepaid box next day to send my diamond to them. I was very impressed that this company had a nice shipping box and even the jewelry paper with insured tape for shipping and handling. Other companies just emailed me a shipping label to print and I had to find a way to package it and pay for it. As you can see I didn't go with other companies, I went with Diamond Lighthouse.
Once you're account is created, they have a site you login into and you can choose if you want to accept the offers given or reject it. After a few offers, I wasn't feeling so great an what I was getting. So my rep kept working with buyers and making sure it was in the ballpark to where I felt was fair. Less than a week I got a reasonable offer and closed the deal. Within 24hrs I received my money straight to my bank account.
