Stumbled across this company when searching for something different to try and can safely say, they will be by go to for detailing products from now on. As it was my first purchase, I opted for the 3 for 2 bundle and bought the alloy cleaner, hyper seal and lava snow foam. Used the alloy cleaner and hyper seal today, as still have some old snow foam etc to finish off and both products were very impressive, on par or better than some of the more expensive brands I've used. The hyper seal is unreal, so easy to apply and the water beading is seriously impressive. Keep up the good work guys!

I used other higher priced brands and can honestly say that this company is in par with them, their ceramic polish is brilliant, it's easy on and easy off and leaves the vehicle with a very shiny surface, as with every product I have tried. I can't fault any of the other products, they all do a fantastic job with prices that don't burst the budget. Heart in hand these will be my go to products that I will use going forward. I am not a professional detailer, just someone who likes to keep my cars clean and shiny and these products do it with ease. I live in Northern Ireland and the delivery service is great. If you haven't tried these products I would encourage anyone to give them a try, you definitely won't regret it.

I’ve been using detailed online now for a few years. It’s a quick and easy experience buying online and the products arrive nicely packed and are always delivered quickly.

I use the snow foam and TFR and always get a good clean from these, I also love the shampoo, smells great and leaves a good clean paintwork.
I use the polishes depending on what is required but always get a great base for my wax. Waxes, if in a rush use the spray on wax… so easy to use and leaves a fantastic finish. If time use the rub on and off wax with ceramic in it, takes longer but smells great and looks amazing!

As for the finisher I use the SIO2 followed by the Nano spray! Both super and wow the beading and protection is instant and lasts!

And that’s why I keep going back!

Used these guys a few times, products are sent out quickly and well packaged. Really like their leather cleaner and leather armour for seat protection.

Bought 1ltr of the nano sealant expecting it to not be good considering it's cheaper than other branded things I have used and have to say for £7.99 it's the best thing I have used for a while! The beading is still strong and still there, raining here in Scotland all week and live in the country side and the mucky water is just running straight off the motor. Highly impressed and will be buying again!

Also bought the synthetic mitt for £2.99 expecting it to not be as good as holding the soap etc always used the meguiars lambs mitt but I was highly impressed for the money!

The iron shaped Tyre gel applicator is suck a nice shape to hold and put onto the Tyre!

Will be buying more products to try in the future I am a Autobrite fan and use most of their products but if Detailed online are just as good then I can see myself changing... Saving Penny's for the project car parts lol

I've been using detailed online for about 4 months now as a professional and honestly better then the big names and a fraction of the cost. definitely recommend them,

Ordered a product which was £24.99 for seleant and SIO2 and purchased 3 of the. This gave an option for 3 for 2, so I get a 3rd free.

Website accepted my order and took my payment.

Got email the next day stating they are not going to honour the deal even though the website accepted it and charged me for it.

They falsely advertised 3 for 2 and DO NOT GIVE IT. WHAT A JOKE.

Will report to trading standards.

Disgusting service and found a better product on amazon for car seleant.

Simply search Aspect Distribution Hydrophobic 5L and got it for £11.30 result and works amazing.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I have returned my order to them and after 2 months they have not returned my money. I have tried to contact them two times but they have not answered me anything

Great people to deal with. Products i have bought like snow foam. car wash, fall out, tyre dressing, leather cleaner APC, towels and more are great all really good. Great pricing, lots of choice.
Had in issue with a snow foam lancer that i purchased in 2020 sent an email out to them to let them know and they sent out a replacement free of charge. Now that is customer service at its best if you ask me, they didnt have to do that as i have had it for approx. 18 months but they did so you cant ask for more than that

Reasonably priced products which perform quite well however customer service is shocking. Contacted three times about a product which arrived damaged and even provided photographic evidence. Replacement never arrived despite promises.

I got introduced to Detailed Online by buying a kit with a good selection of products of theirs on eBay.
I was happy with everything and have since ordered more from their website.
Delivery was next day although I did not pay extra for this.
I love their air freshener, makes my car smell nice and clean and fresh and everything I have used has done what it should. I like that you can choose the scent of a lot of their products.
Good prices, especially when buying larger quantities.
I am not a pro but like to keep my car clean and protected without overpaying and these people help me do that.

Poor quality clay bar kits that leave paint looking like it’s been rubbed with 1000 wet and dry paper. Vehicle is covered in marks and scratches from this product and now requires a machine polish. Seriously unimpressed, spend a few extra pounds and buy Autoglym or similar.

First time customer. Bought the elite car shampoo, bug remover and ultra shine for the tyre.

The shampoo is awesome. Loved using it, nice n soapy and glides across the paintwork and rinses off easily.

The ultra shine also brings the tyres up a nice black, relatively easy to apply although a concave curved application pad would be much easier than the convex one suggested by them.

As for the bug remover - yes it clears bugs off really well. But........ Leave it on for the 1 min as suggested on the bottle in anything near a warm environment then it streaks like mad and eats thru any wax/nano layer you may have on. It also stains any black plastic. Going to need to T-cut to fix as it hasn't washed off.

This won't stop me from trying more of their products though, just not the bug remover (in all honesty I cleaned the second car without the bug remover and the bugs washed off with the elite shampoo anyway)

Brilliant company. Always fast and free delivery. Great products would recommend.

Most of the products are good like snow foam, clay bar, iron fallout etc but the polishes are rubbish tried there heavy cut, light cut and the results was terrible with our da in the end switch to the meguiars

Avoid their waterless wash and wash, cleaned my not so dirty car, now have complimentary light scratches, for the last 8 years been using greased lightning so really disappointed with this product.

Fantastic range of products. These are now my go to products and cant fault them. Brilliant results with fantastic beading and protection. Priced very competitively. Delivery has always been very quick as well.
