Great people to deal with. Products i have bought like snow foam. car wash, fall out, tyre dressing, leather cleaner APC, towels and more are great all really good. Great pricing, lots of choice.
Had in issue with a snow foam lancer that i purchased in 2020 sent an email out to them to let them know and they sent out a replacement free of charge. Now that is customer service at its best if you ask me, they didnt have to do that as i have had it for approx. 18 months but they did so you cant ask for more than that

Cant thank underwriter Teri Mann enough. This was a challenging case where lots of documents were going back and forth she had concerns about a couple of issues with the applicant, but instead of just declining or reducing borrowing, she took the time to call me and discuss the case. This is very rare that underwriters call brokers, knowing she is a busy woman, to take a few moments just to understand the issues over the phone, where you can discuss the case rather than leave notes all over case where you cant get what you want to say over as easy as a chat is a breath of fresh air and i simply can thank her enough.
