A very consistent company - they are constantly unreliable. I have used Evri again in recent months hoping their name change would improve their service. I was sadly disappointed. Every parcel I send is taking a minimum of 8 days to arrive with a delivery aim of 3 to 5 days. If you raise a query as to where the parcel is they delay the parcel a further 24hrs. I can't do this anymore as customers complaints are taking up more time to deal with than I am saving 'taking a risk' with them.

Ordered a parcel for collection. The tracking shows that the courier tried to collect but could not. I watched him sit in the car at the bottom of the drive and not even attempt to walk up! He then just drove off. This is the third time in as many months. Uncontactable by phone. Regrettably this is the last parcel I will send with Hermes.

Reasonably priced products which perform quite well however customer service is shocking. Contacted three times about a product which arrived damaged and even provided photographic evidence. Replacement never arrived despite promises.
