NO 3 FOR 2 LIES!

Ordered a product which was £24.99 for seleant and SIO2 and purchased 3 of the. This gave an option for 3 for 2, so I get a 3rd free.

Website accepted my order and took my payment.

Got email the next day stating they are not going to honour the deal even though the website accepted it and charged me for it.

They falsely advertised 3 for 2 and DO NOT GIVE IT. WHAT A JOKE.

Will report to trading standards.

Disgusting service and found a better product on amazon for car seleant.

Simply search Aspect Distribution Hydrophobic 5L and got it for £11.30 result and works amazing.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Don't be duped by this oil

Don't be duped by this oil. There's a lot of hype with this oil and people seems to ride the rollercoaster as everyone else says it's great when it simply is not.

The main page promotes that this oil will make your hair grow back if you have bald patches. If this was the case this oil is a miracle and it may have special powers beyond science. Some how I find this hard to believe and is more lies to make people buy.

The oil is nice however at £40 for 100ml is a complete con. Do you really think Erim only uses this oil for her hair to look like her public photos? You have to be a fool, if you believe that is all she is using. Wake up and smell the coffee people,it's all about profits. I have purchased this oil before and it was a lot cheaper before. Be warned it will thin your hair out and unless your using other products don't be fooled your hair will become like Erims. The three drops will not treat all your hair as claimed and even 100ml doesn't last long.

There black Friday sale was fake, promoting a FREE brush which I purchased like a idiot. Then next day the price dropped by 20% and I asked for the difference back as my order had not been sent out.

However over £8 these guys rather lose a customer and refused to credit the difference. There customer service is none resistant and are happy to argue with you sending you one message per day to hope you give up. They will pretend about luxury brushes which cost them less then three pounds. They are trying to make you believe this oil will make you become the next revlon Model which simply is not true.

If you want a genuine products which actually works I would recommend olaplex hair oil and the whole Olaplex range. This company doesn't sell one product and pretend you will turn out like Erim or fix your bald patches, they don't need to as there product actually works and makes you hair silky smooth.

I agree with the below review, Erims main aim is to fool people to make money and doesn't seem a nice person to what is shown to the public eye. If she actually reads reviews she should start listening to customers and not argue over £8.

This oil reminds me of the story of the emperor's new clothes, it's all just all fake and pretend.

Received a email from this joke company stating they would refund me £8, which I was perfectly happy to receive and honestly change the review to reflect this. However received no refund.

This company has made such a big deal over £8. Guys stop believing it will fix baldness. This oil is greasy as hell and does not claim what they say.

From the reply I have had you can see they are not interested in looking after there customers. They rather argue with you until you give up.

Please collect your oil which I HAVENT USED!!

Scammers

Scammers, receievd usb cable instead of the playstation 5 I ordered. Martin there customer service guy is a scammer and even sent a video to me with a playstation 5 with my name on a piece of paper. Proper scammer avoid and save some money. I have to go through my credit card company to get my money back now.

Don't waste your money or time

THIEVES!!!!! Rac customer service is disgusting. 2 hours and 30 minutes before anyone came to my vehicle, 1 hour 20 minutes on the phone after the first guy put the phone down on me, after that stating we cannot recover the vehicle as its too long and by the way even though I have given all correct information About my vehicle we are not refunding you either and not covering your vehicle. Had Gareth from customer complaints being abusive over the phoneas he kept interrupting me and when I asked him for his manager, he refused and said I'm closing this case. Absolutely disgusting service!!

GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH RAC.

HARROD’S SCAM BEWARE!!

HARROD’S SCAM BEWARE!!! Ordered 3 Hampers on the Harrods website. My clients received 3 completely different hampers but luckily my client sent me a photo. The photo was completely different to what I had ordered. This is a Harrod’s scam as normally people order hampers for other people and never get to see the hamper itself. Normally you would just receive a thank you.
THIS IS NOT THE HARRODS I ONCE USE TO KNOW. Harrods standards are completely useless, if you call them be prepared to wait for 45 mins to get through to someone who cannot do anything to help. Was promised a manager would call me back who hasn’t bothered.
COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND DON’T BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY ON POORLY MADE PRODUCTS MADE BY THEM.
Had to report to my credit card company to get my money back.

WARNING NO UPDATES AND NETWORK LOOPS!!

WARNING NO UPDATES AND NETWORK LOOPS!!!

SONOS now not going to upgrade your software if you have old products. I have 12x ZP100 which now wont get any updates. All SONOS have done during the years is make there products cheaper and still charge the same amount. For example the ZP100 had 4 ethernet ports and a audio output. Sonos removed the audio output just in case you tried using it for 2 rooms, 1 with speakers wires and the other via an amp and reduced to 2 ethernet ports. Instead of the company giving better products its got worse. I use to sell SONOS as I was a SONOS dealer and now I choose not to, as the product is now dated and other competitors like HEOS are way better.

Now if you link more then 2 sonos products hard wired to your network be prepared for your switch and router to go bonkers. you can call to sonos who will then blame your router and switch.

On my network when I plug more then 1 SONOS ZP100 my whole network goes down as it create a network loop. I phoned SONOS who said it was my switch or router. However if I unplug the SONOS from my network the network is fine. I have to daisy chain the ZP100 however 3 is the max. Unless you have a managed switch which by the way SONOS will not give you any support for and you have extensive network knowledge then forget buying a SONOS products.

Current option for old customers get 30% off a new product which does exactly the same as your old product but by the way we have added a line of code which allows your product to be updated. WHAT A JOKE!

SO SAD A GREAT PRODUCT ONCE, TO A COMPANY TRYING TO ROB ITS CUSTOMERS. IT SEEMS ITS ONLY TIME BEFORE THE COMPANY WILL BE NO MORE!

Poor service

Poor service. Don't know how you can run a busines by taking orders and never emailing updates to customers. Proper poor service. Last Monday got through to Web chat after 2 hours and was told my order has been picked and now awaiting for the couriers to collect. When they do that then I will receive a email. Its now Thuraday and no email no delivery date and no information. My order total is £1911.99 and the money has been taken very quickly but updates are non existent. CAN YOU PLEASE REPLY TO CUSTOMERS AND LET THEM KNOW WHEN YOU WILL BE DELIVERING. IF YOU CANT DELIVER THEN BE HONEST AND TELL CUSTOMERS AND I AM SURE THEY WILL UNDERSTAND.

The telephone number will make you wait for 1 hour and then when I spoke to a rude customer service agent and asked for his manager, he just put the phone downon me. COMPANY HAS LOST THE PLOT! Will have to look for another antivirus company for my 1000 licenses required. A 10-year-old customer LOST!

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Had a text at 6.20am stating my collection is going to happen , then at 7.10am stating they can't collect. Called arrow XL who should be called arrowxxxxSL and was told they called my phone and spoke to a lady who said the item had already been collected. What a Joke, my phone didn't even have a log of there call as no one called me since morning, no voice mail or No attempt to collect as my ring door bell confirmed this. ARROWXL who are you paying to write all these false reviews for you?
