appalling experience with this terrible company

never listen the customers, hiring the robot reply the same answer every time!

about their mistake never responding keep adding the extra cost to us ,first one of the first letter received amount was asked 498.5 and I emailed them immediately enquiring about what's happened this account, Whenever case disputing should be paused, get investigated, bills are also hold for sure.

i received other bill are asking double price on top of my account which after a week , that really unacceptable

good luck how to they running the business like gangster

I have been doing business since 14 years , i have worst experience with this company , they are not cooperative towards customers instead of helping customers or sort out their issues . They threat the customer, they just looting the money from customers, they added charges on me 600 in just 3 days for service charges .i am going to take my case to Ombudsman against them.

All charges are based on the information available at the time this could be meter readings, estimated usage, or flat-rate charges depending on the account type. We also don’t apply charges unless a bill is more than 30 days overdue, and we send reminders beforehand to avoid this.

The best way to keep on top of everything is through the online portal, where you can see all invoices, payments, and meter readings in one place. If you have a meter, sending in regular reads helps make sure your bills are based on actual usage rather than estimates.

We do offer flexible payment arrangements where possible, and always aim to support customers who need help managing their bills. However, where a previous plan has been agreed and not kept to, we’re not always able to set up a new one straight away. That said, we’re always happy to review things again if circumstances change.

I have reviewed your account and can see the charges applied are correct.
