about their mistake never responding keep adding the extra cost to us ,first one of the first letter received amount was asked 498.5 and I emailed them immediately enquiring about what's happened this account, Whenever case disputing should be paused, get investigated, bills are also hold for sure.
i received other bill are asking double price on top of my account which after a week , that really unacceptable

The representative Carol was extremely helpful in assisting me with payment and setting up a direct debit. She was friendly and kept me informed of what action was being taken at each stage.
Castle are always helpful and responsive, no ridiculous queue management excuses. Euan Campbell answered my query with a friendly positive manner.

I have been doing business since 14 years , i have worst experience with this company , they are not cooperative towards customers instead of helping customers or sort out their issues . They threat the customer, they just looting the money from customers, they added charges on me 600 in just 3 days for service charges .i am going to take my case to Ombudsman against them.
