Review of Firefly Car Rental
Arrived at Firefly desk at 11:50 pm, Malaga airport to collect our pre-booked hire car. Flight had been delayed half an hour but we were at the desk before the “out of hours” deadline kicked in. Long queue, so waited in line for 15 minutes. They then charged an additional €43 due to usc collecting the car after 12 pm, even though they knew there was a queue of people waiting before the deadline. They used this scam on everyone in that queue. Their aggressive idiot at the “service” desk was ignorant, rude and obnoxious. Do not use these muppets!
Review of Bhsdirect
I, like someone else who has already posted on here with the same issue, have just tried to place an order for a freezer, advertised as having free delivery - yet when you come to place the order, they try to charge £25 for delivery.
Not good enough! A clear con, as this has previously been brought to their attention, yet they have not addressed the issue.
This is fraudulent advertising. What are you going to do to address this, BHS? Do I need to report you to Trading Standards?
