Cancel my account with them
Cancel my account with them. After being quite a loyal customer I've had enough. I don't see how is ethical for me to have to wait 14 days for a refund for a fair which didn't take place due to them admitting themselves. This driver never turned up at the meeting, Spot waited and left but didn't cancel because he wanted the cancellation fee. I had to pay them for a second bowl to get to the airport in time. So I'm I've paid twice for a fair which I've only received once but it's my problem as a customer waiting for the fund to come back and as the customer service quoted I need to be patient to wait for my own money for something that they did wrong.
