the business has now been taken over and service levels have declined customers not valued anymore

the business has now been taken over and it was originally a clear 5 star business the owner Scott was very helpful. knoweledgeable and importantly offered a greast and couteius service to his customers I used them for yesrs and was happy with the 2 main blends which they sold, under new ownership the experience has been pretty poor average sat best. prices hiked by 50% mainly because they only use couriers which would be fine however when i recently tried to place an order, despite paying courier delivery price my order was going to take 4 days min to arrive so i was going to be out of coffee. when I queried this I was told to find another supplier so that's what I've reluctantly had to do. shame they don't value customers anymore Scott the original owner went above and beyond its a shame that the great reputation he had built up is being destroyed now. the company now trades as cool beans. has a high staff turnover which tells its own story too they claim that Happy donkey had a 4 day delivery time but that's not true Scott the original owner dispatched the same day via Royal Mail 24 service so It would be received the next day

Normally as a professional business we would ignore these types of reviews but feel compelled to answer. This particular customer has complained since day one. His original complaint is that the price has gone up since 2005 for coffee beans. He seems to think that even with a discount for being a loyal customer that he has a right to pay the price for coffee from 20 years ago. His second issue is that the courier didn't manage to pick up his parcel the same day. As we are still friends with Scott (the original owner) he insists that he has always had a policy to allow 4 days for the coffee to arrive, it just so happens that we manage to get coffee out the same day to customers on most occasions because we like to give a good service. He has dealt with 2 different members of staff in the last 5 years.

service has really declined so has their competitiveness

service has really declined as has their competitiveness. been using them for a few years after being recommended but my recent trp and experience trying to deal with them has been shocking. firstly its getting harder to get a driver the app often shows the drivers accepting then jusdt cancelling. my recent trip into London to hospital i was charged 40% more( total 47.77 for the return journey than on the way in. traffic conditionsd were pretrty much the same going in even a black cab would have been cheaper coming home. looked at the breakdown i wasn’t charged a congestion fee on the way in but was on the way home. both trips were in EVs so they would both have been exempt from the congestion/ Low mission charge. noticed a spurious charge called passenger service fee again this was less on my trip in than on my trip home. tried contacting bolt to get more information about this and an explanation but they only seem to use bots now so just got canned answers and links to read NO actual explanation to substantiate, breakdown or explain why the amounts were charged, whist they were actually for and why they differed on the trip to and back from the same place. the link which the chatbot gave me to their charges basically says they can charge what they like with no breakdown or explanation very poor experience and will be seriously considering alternatives for when i have to go into on for my annual scans.

Uxbridge branch review v poor at comms and unprofessional

Uxbridge branch review. poor communication. failed to call either me , the dealer or the adaptations company back. fitted a grab handle in an unusable position. any installer worth his salt woulsd have realised that if threy ere fitting a styeering ball on the right of thesteeering wheel thst it meant thst the cusrtomer was unabler to use their left hand yet fitted a grab handel which can only be used when using my left hand. Then played BS bingo to explain why they fitted it there. it wasn't till 1 month later that someone actually came o see me and in 2 mins was able to actually show me that the grab handle couldn't be fitted above the door because there was an airbag there. their /installer/driver also treated my brand new car as their own and paired their phone to my car which caused a problem on my infotainment system.

peugeot Chiswick

peugeot Chiswick: very poor communication and a complete waste of time. After enquiring about an ice(petrol) car they suggested i come in for a test drive as they would have the car in thier used stock. went in and they only had an EV which wouldn't even turn on so i couldn't see what the digital cockpit was like. had to sit in a completely different model in order to get an idea of what the digital panel would look like, then told they only offer test drives in EV's so no idea why they had told me that thy would have a petrol version available for a test drive? queried this with the salesperson and manager and neither of them replied to my emails. So if service is important to you and you want to be treated as a valued customer look elsewhere, plenty of other car retailers in W London

worst customer service ever when buying a new car
have been ok for servicing my car but when buying a new car I had the worst customer service ever. past around to different sales staff but worst part was being quoted a price for an after market reverse camera installation twice only to find that after i had placed my order the sales person's manger then wanted double the amount for it and when i wouldn't accept that as i had factored in the original price when placing my order he pressurised me by threatening to cancel my order. I had no intension of being ripped off so he cancelled my order. i raised a complaint but only had lip service but no resolution of the outcome of it. Ive now I placed a new order with a dealership in Slough instead as they have treated me as a valued customer and have given great service so if you are in W London and slough is not too far then you buy from and use another dealership instead
