We were looking for a replacement online backup service that is UK based and secure, BackupVault ticked all the boxes. Easy to contact and provided great support during and after setup. The restore process is also very simple and fast should you need to recover files.

Excellent back up service - secure + GDPR compliant - no hassle set up and people who know what they are talking about. I thoroughly recommend the service and the price point is very favourable.

Easy and Comprehensive. We are a software company and our staff are geographically dispersed, so having a centrally administered, cloud-based backup for our data is crucial. I was able to install and test the backup for our Mail, SharePoint and OneDrives easily and quickly - and I am not a techie guru either! The support I received was first class - fast, professional, and friendly. In our drive for ISO27001 and Cyber Security, this has been a massive addition to our tooling.

Decided to move Backup to remote online from hard local storage in order to minimise any loss due to fire, theft etc.
Have employee information included in backups so needed a UK based provider with data encryption and GDPR compliance.
Rob was extremely helpful, setup a free trial along with free tech support from Fred.
The system was user friendly enough that no tech support required.
First full total system Backup took a while but subsequent incremental backups have been very fast.
I am very pleased with the solution and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

As chartered surveyors, we hold significant personal data on clients and others. Rob at Backup Vault was really professional and installed the software easily and quickly. It is easy to configure and works in the background without any regular attention. We like the on-site encryption and the UK based storage as we know it will be GDPR compliant.
