Business Account frozen in December with notice of closure, been trying to get my funds ever since, I have called again today and apparently the transfer process has not started yet, and when it does that takes up to another 30 days, do not keep any balances in this bank account, they freeze them at will and give no reason other than "commercial decision". but do not give your balance back.

I have finally received the Account balance back today from an account frozen in December.

I refused to clink on a link in an external email to update account information that had no reply address.
I sent a complaint in to Complaints depart and a couple of days later they froze my account.
This was back in December 23.
I received a notice of account closure, but two months later I still have received no contact, despite having phoned several times in an attempt to recover my funds still sat there.
Appalling service and not a company that can be used to entrust Business funds with

Decided to move Backup to remote online from hard local storage in order to minimise any loss due to fire, theft etc.
Have employee information included in backups so needed a UK based provider with data encryption and GDPR compliance.
Rob was extremely helpful, setup a free trial along with free tech support from Fred.
The system was user friendly enough that no tech support required.
First full total system Backup took a while but subsequent incremental backups have been very fast.
I am very pleased with the solution and would have no hesitation in recommending it.
