Easy and Comprehensive. We are a software company and our staff are geographically dispersed, so having a centrally administered, cloud-based backup for our data is crucial. I was able to install and test the backup for our Mail, SharePoint and OneDrives easily and quickly - and I am not a techie guru either! The support I received was first class - fast, professional, and friendly. In our drive for ISO27001 and Cyber Security, this has been a massive addition to our tooling.

Products were as advertised and in great condition. Delivery was a wee bit stuttered, with one item being left on the truck. However, the truck turned back and delivered the missing item the same day - so well done for that flexibility.

Soooo easy to join and manage. Naming our own network and setting of the password at the time of ordering was novel and very welcoming. All aspects of the service have been brilliant. Excellent customer experience.

Service was brilliant but the quality of the garment was only so-so. Happily would have paid more for better quality.
